My ex actually said in front of his mom that he was going to marry me. We've known each other for 25 years, since we were teens. But that love would dwindle when new attention came his way. He's very promiscuous and hid so so much from me. He loves having a drinking partner, likes women who chase after him and definitely kinks in the bedroom. I think he'd go as far as paying for it if in a rut. I was SO spiritually sick when I was with him. I saw black, snake like entities with sharp teeth in my chakras. My sacral was CRAZY overactive and could actually feel the energy being siphoned. I lost everything. Just like you said, I couldn't get out of bed and would have to leave work when dealing with the pain of finding out things along the way. He's a heavy drinker, smoker, ex biker and I'm his total opposite. He'd get sooo angry when caught in the act and he disappears. It's been a year and a half since the last conversation where he told me I was a "headache" and just cut off literally a month after telling me he loved me and wanted a family with me after I called out his lies. And that was AFTER he got another woman pregnant that he had looked me in the eyes and lied about, that she wanted him but he wasn't interested in her. He hid the pregnancy during a year of little contact. I can't tell you how many "just friends" he had and I was so naive believing that, that's a code for bed buddy. After having space and admitting the full truth to myself that he never loved me and just uses everyone, my healing started. It was a dark, painful path with him and I'm glad it's over. You hit the nail on the head with him being oppressed causing depression.. his demons wear him like a sock puppet and he caves to every whim. That's not me, I've done a lot of inner work. For a time, I was drowning in his darkness and being tormented.. feeling hopeless, lots of guilt and shame for no reason and I know it was his entities torturing me. I say he shattered my heart, I couldn't tap in to my heart for months.. it was empty. I think he has something rooted on him from a young age that may have to do with his mom. A song he once sent me started "Called to say hello, your voice always takes the pain away" and another line "Now I'm walking around in a haze. There's no color, only darkened shades of gray". We both went thru similar things in what you just stated. Those people have demons in them and I seen it appear in his face when he came back from using drugs and had sex with prostitutes etc that I found out. They linger to good soul empaths as they call it. But one must let them go. It'll drain your Godly spirit and make you ill like myself that I caught a stroke because of him. They rarely will ever change. It's like she stated, they are rooted with demos throughout their lives. It is upto them to go to church and change their entire life style to fight those demos. Go always by your intuition because it's an angel guiding you and letting you seek the truth. Don't ever ignore it. We all have an angel watching over us. 🙏🏼

I can relate, Gina is so on point! I care too much about my body to continue to see good in someone who is not disciplined and has to seek superficial, loose relationships. I pray too much and aim to connect spiritually. It's confusing, 🎢 and low vibrating. I'm not feeding his demons. My St. Michael candles are black.
