imo honestly, when coming to no weakness, mei buff (only talking about buff here) can be better than robin - at least in this yunli comp. Rmc buff is also at mei level, and even better if having weakness. while sparkle buff is mainly cdmg - which yunli has too much (~400 cdmg in combat)

yes, better dmg output for wave 2 and hold dmg in first wave. since wave 1 here dmg checked, i didn't do that 😊
