Your videos and channel have helped me with my vinyl career. When I first got my cutter, I didn't know where to start. I began to browse the internet to see what I could really do with it, and stumbled upon this channel. I had no idea that there were practically endless possibilities with just one machine and a few crafting supplies! I am not in a "business" yet, but I am may be able to start one soon. I have mostly sold my decals and items I have pressed to people I knew personally, but now I am confident. I am ready to reach out to more people! I love that I enjoy doing this, and positive I have an awesome future ahead of me! Thanks a bunch TRW!
It all began with a small town dream, here in Okeechobee, Florida. My Mother, Daughter and I were purchasing Rhinestones to embellish things such as pageant dresses, bandanna's and pageant sashes, as we tediously placed one stone at the time with a hand held heat tool. At the time we had no clue that we were within reach of being able to do this for a living. After research and a phone call to The Rhinestone World we were able to speak with Rudy, he said I can sit on the phone all day explaining every detail of the business or you can drive to Orlando to the ISS show this weekend and come see for yourself. We followed The Rhinestone World's advice and attended the ISS Show in Orlando back in 2013, in amazement it was a whole new world. We went from a little heat tool and a couple of rhinestones to a design program, vinyl cutter and heat press overnight. It didn't end there though, this was just the beginning of a beautiful partnership for us. I had no idea about Corel Draw, The Rhinestone Wizard or any of the other parts of the business. We watched countless videos, spent numerous hours on the phone with the amazing and patient TRW staff and made several trips to the TRW Warehouse. One night, on a late night webinar with TRW it finally clicked, everything that was previously a blur made perfect sense, we were able to comprehend NODES, magic trap, macros and contour spacing. At that time, we built a space in the garage to allow us to move off the dining room table, we would be set for a while. HA, that was just the beginning, we now have a store front where we decorate anything and EVERYTHING we can with rhinestones, heat transfer vinyl and decal material. The Rhinestone World even made it easy enough that my then 15 year old daughter was able to completely run the business without the need for further explanation. She is now 17 and works designing t-shirts after school and begging for her own Cameo. I can't express enough how much the crew at The Rhinestone World has helped us through this huge learning experience. I deal with many companies on a daily basis, however not one compares to THE RHINESTONE WORLD in customer service and knowledgeable staff. I know when I place my orders that not only will it arrive and be 100% correct, but it will also be of great quality. If it wasn’t for The Rhinestone World we would have never made it past the old, and now RETIRED hand held heat tool. This business will be passed down for generations to come, without worry of the future.

Hi my name is Justin. With the help of the crazy amount of TH-cam videos, it made me comfortable with the whole HTV / Rhinestone process. Last year I was able to purchase the Minor League Starter Pack with a Graphtec cutter, and I'm now producing some awesome bling for my wife's dance studio. All the parents and kids are excited with the glitter vinyl and rhinestone designs, and they aren't squawking at the prices of the apparel because it's perceived value is much higher than the screen printed stuff I was producing before. I would also like to thank the Facebook group, because I've also learned some pointers from there, and at times was able to give a few of my own. Hi Matt and TRW crew. I met Matt years ago at a show. This was before he started selling his designs at 9:oo Sunday NIght. And he would only sell a set number of designs. I was introduced to TRW at the 2016 DAX Show in Kansas City. I am now expanding to Rhinestones in 2017. I have watched the TRW how to videos to learn about using them. I also love the live shows thru facebook. They aren't only during regular business hours (While we are working) they are during the off hours so that I can actually participate and listen. I have purchased my start-up kit and am looking forward to getting started. I am looking forward to the 2017 DAX show in Kansas City as well to learn more . Awesome!! If I only had one word to describe how I felt about TRW, it's the only one to use. I started out last year with curiosity and an iron. I was purchasing transfers, (very expensive) and using an iron. It all started out of necessity to make one shirt for one of our players on my son's baseball travel team. I already was very literate on design making, but never had the knowledge to put design to garments. I do not know how I found TRW, but fate somehow brought me to your site, and how lucky/blessed I am to find you. You have taught me so much in such short period of time. I took time to learn from your many tutorials on the "tube" & your excitement and willingness to help us all grow our business is stellar. Only year later I not only have the right tools, (Heat press, cutter, vinyl & rhinestone supplies) but have so much knowledge about the business and even branched out to sublimation as well, all the while using The wizard and Corel. I do not know what else to say but thank you so much for all that you guys do!! You are an awesome partner.

I started doing research for a friend, last year,who is in the T-shirt business. I wanted to help her design items, and I found TRW. I was so intrigued by the videos I wanted to get in the business as well. I LOVE the info that Lisa provides, as well as Matt. The Rhinestone World has been my go to site for the last 5 months. I just started my Shirt business and would not have had the courage to start it without TRW. Although I've known about TRW for a couple of years, my recent trip to the ISS show in Long Beach is where I became a fan. I was concerned about a product I'd bought from a competitor and was able to talk to a couple of your staff members about it. The young men were polite and did not criticize the competition or their products, nor did they suggest I buy from TRW rather than the competition. For me, this shows strength of character. I did ultimately return the competitor's product and purchase from TRW. It was a great experience buying experience and I've been busy watching TRW videos since I got home! I can't wait for my supplies to arrive!

We met them at a trade show about 4 years ago and we have been in the business ever since! They have helped us grow our business and offerings through their online classes and the classes they offer at the trade show. The ready made designs have open some new business for us and their staff's ability to create some hard to create designs for our custom orders have been very helpful for us! They are always pleasant and helpful when we have needed assistance. one last thing.... The Wizard is an amazing add on to Corel and more then worth the money it costs! I attended the ISS Long Beach show. I began my week with a workshop from TRW. I left the class feeling so inspired! I could tell that Matt had a close relationship with his customers as he had spoke to people in the audience and referred to them by their first names. Since returning home my husband and I have changed our business name to reflect our new purchase of the "WIZARD"! TRW tutorials are my go-to for knowledge. The young lady that does the tutorials do them step by step. I'm able to follow. Without the base knowledge we can't move forward. Next step is the cameo3.
Hi TRW Crew. My name is Reggie and I am the owner of Redgeez Corner. I went to the Portland Trade show to see what was new and attendeda competitors class. I was not totally impressed with their program. I saw the TRW booth and was told they had a class coming up. I was totally impressed with the class. I went right over and purchased your program. I had been struggling with a very intricate vinyl design. My vinyl was always not completely cutting at the corners. The weeding was a nightmare. Well just for the one design using the overcut process, I was so glad I found you and this program. Later, I came across a situation I couldn't figure out and needed some help with the program and called TRW. I can't say enough good things about the the help I got. This is awesome! I actually just opened up my Etsy page under Robin Nicolle Designs. I have always been a fan of creating and designing and stumbled upon your page by looking for some ideas and how to's. Been a fan since then. You have helped me start my business because all your awesome tutorials and how to work with several different machines and what each could do. I actually got into graphic design and then fell out of love with it so I decided to go to Cosmetology school. I knew I loved to be creative and being a hairdresser wasn't for me cause I found my passion again designing and creating awesome things that people loved and appreciated. i love being able to get my creative side out and create new things! I started selling personalized items on etsy a few years ago. I started my business because my firefighter husband had to go on disability, and this was a way for me to help with our income and I could still be available to take him to doctor appts and such. I started out with embroidery and wanted to branch out into other items, but was scared to try new things. TRW's tutorial videos not only taught me how to do decals, rhinestones, heat transfer and such, but they also inspired me! Also, their customer service is top notch. I have called them with questions in the past, and they always answered them to my satisfaction, and with a friendly voice! I can always depend on getting the material I ordered in a timely matter, which is important when I am working an order for a wedding and run out of material! I started my business last year. I watched different videos on how to make rhinestones decals but I couldn't find any that was very helpful but then I watched TRW video on Bling NE Thing, it was amazing, I was so excited I decided to order the Bling N E Thing ASAP. It definitely change the way I design with rhinestones and it have increased my sales. I'm able to design wine glasses with the bling n e thing which save me a lot of time, before I had to glue each individual rhinestone on the glass. Thanks TRW for a great product. My go to videos are TRW. I loved the video on the sticky flock rhinestone work station. I was able to put my old cookie sheet to good use instead of throwing it out. I have learned so much watching TRW videos. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.
Hello! My name is Tiffany and I have my own home based business, Simply Random. I started just wanting to create rhinestone applications for my daughters dance gear, etc. TRW had the best pricing with the best stone colors. (I normally used Swarovski but they are pretty expensive!) Once I came to the website, I had to order vinyl to see how it all worked, to say the least I was hooked. TRW tutorials have saved me! Easy to follow and I'm so happy that you show how to do them using the different equipment. The TRW customer service is amazing! Always answers any questions in a timely manner. I also have to say the Facebook group hosted by the TRW crew is the most helpful group I have ever been apart of! I always recommend people to TRW for any of their needs! Good morning, my name is Melissa Strong and I am the owner of Strong Creations. TRW has been a real blessing to me. I had a cutter that I was learning on at one time but then we found out 6 years ago my son would be born with medical conditions and if he survived he would just "be here" and not be able to do anything. Long story short it depressed me and I threw out all my crafting supplies. Once he was born and I couldn't work anymore I had to come up with some way to bring in money so I found a used cameo at a thrift store and that is when I come across TRW's website and videos. I would watch their videos half the night trying to learn things. They have helped and inspired me so much. Two years ago I started Strong Creations with my little cameo. It has been slow going with having to tend to his doctor appointments and such but its still going. I don't get ahead because I don't charge to make money I just love crafting and my son loves to help too! Through God we have been blessed with a happy little boy. He still has issues but he is here and he can do everything we were told he would never be able to do. Thanks to TRW I have been able to learn to do amazing things and bless others with my creations. I buy many of my supplies from them and have been blessed enough to meet some of them at the ISS show in Fort Worth the last couple of years. I learn something new from them everyday. TRW is our go to for resources, tips, and shopping . Both my husband and I currently work full time while trying to raise a family and bring up our business. Right now, we are working from our garage and managed to convert our dining area into a working space. Although we do not have a big clientele or a following yet, we have hope. When ever we get stuck, we know TRW is the place to go. You guys are honest and your videos are extremely helpful. We strive to be a business like yours, where we can provide for our family and help others in the process. Last year my husband lost his job and took the little bit we had to start this business. He's an aspiring designer and we soon realized without having our own tools it wasn't going to be financially possible. I am Sharon Repici, and I love the TRW videos! They give me the inspiration and courage to try new things. Our business, R & R Custom Designs, is on hiatus while we finish a workshop in the backyard, because we were tripping over each other with heat presses and vinyl scattered throughout my craft room, our family room and our office.
When we move to the new workshop, TRW products will be in use daily. In the meantime, I will continue to watch and learn from you.
You guys have helped me so much I can't even explain it. Learning how to modify and layer my vinyl has help me stand out from a lot of other t-shirt designers in my area. Custom Creations by (Reika)went from having 0 customers in July to having 50 spanking new customers in September by learning super awesome techniques from Lisa and until this day I'm still getting new customers from all over the US.

Hey there! My husband started a printing business a number of years ago when he was laid off from his banking job when the mortgage crisis hit. We had three young children at the time and my husband grew and loved his new business. However, due to a variety of circumstances in our family, when a job opportunity arose within a couple of years that was back in his field, he returned to work and we put our family business on hold while I raised and educated our young children. Here we are several years down the road and my teenage daughter and I are restarting our business! We are so very excited! With college expenses only a few short years away, we wanted our daughter (and soon our sons) to learn what it takes to run a business and be able to contribute to her own college expenses. We researched a number of different home-based business companies and ultimately decided to return to the printing/design/transfer business. We knew we wanted to incorporate rhinestones and heat transfers into our new business so we started researching and educating ourselves on how to get up and running. We stumbled upon TRW and can't get enough of your videos! Seriously, they are excellent, thorough, and easy to follow. We are in the process of getting everything set up in order to hit the ground running. We are grateful just to have found TRW but winning something in your drawing would be a bonus! Hello, My name is Tiffany and I am the owner of Glam Gear Apparel. My journey started back in August when I couldnt sleep. I do not even remember what I googled and one of your videos popped up. All of a sudden it was the middle of the night and I was hooked. The next day I ordered my Starter Pack. I started making shirts for friends and family that very week, next thing I know I was getting messages on facebook from these friends saying everyone wanted to know where they got their shirt and that they wanted one, to the point that with my job as a bartender there were not enough hours in the day to complete the orders. So I went from working full time bartending to part-time. I just kept making shirts, watching videos, and upgrading where I could afford. The videos and especially the purchase of the stone wizard make it all so easy and much much faster! If I ever had a question there was always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone who would answer my question. If they didnt know the answer, they would find it. Amazing customer service. Fast forward to January 2017, there is not enough room in my house for my business and I needed help. Another mom at my daughters dance studio, who does embroidery has always wanted to open a store,but needed a second pair of hands to man the store. THIS WEEK WE SIGNED A LEASE ON A RETAIL STORE! I could so use this Cameo 3 to bust out even more orders and take with us on the road to our shows until we can afford an industrial sized cutter. So in summary, without TRW I would still be behind a bar full time. Its about more than videos or customer service, its about giving your customers the confidence to feel empowered to step out of what we know and into what we love! Thank you TRW for changing my life!
I started screen printing from my home in '94 and opened a brick and mortar a year later. Success was not so difficult because we were in a small town where my wife and I were born and raised. We knew everyone. We decided to leave the apparel business and moved 1000 miles away on 2009. We quickly realized that we did not enjoy employment as much as self-employment. In 2012 we jumped back in, in a larger community where we knew very few people. Growing our screen printing and embroidery business was difficult because of our mindset from previous. Large community, many competitors, more competitive pricing. We had purchased a cutter and vinyl when we started in 2012, for names and numbers only. I had heard of this company, The Rhinestone World on FB and finally met Matt and the TRW Crew in DAX show in KC in 2015. Mins blown as I sat in a seminar listening to Matt from the front row. As I got to know Matt through his story and videos, I realized that I was inspired, not only that I could use my cutter for much bigger and better things, but that I used him as a mentor in business. From his beginning to growing, to marketing, to apparel decoration, to a willingness to experiment where not even manufacturers had even experimented, to streamlining for profit, to order forms, to customer retention, to pricing your market. I followed Matt's every move on Facebook, TH-cam, Periscope and any other means I could find. I even shared everything from Matt's story and business with my brother-in-law from Colorado and he's not even in the business. I told him that he needed to follow Matt and TRW just to learn different views, angles and marketing for his own photography business that he's had since '86. He didn't need the apparel education, I just knew he could use the business mentoring like me. He and I always agree that we can never know everything and if we don't change with the times, we will get left behind. Matt flipped our business 180 degrees. We were inspired to go to events and make shirts on demand. From that, we started meeting the right people. The decision makers that order larger jobs that we were unable to meet otherwise. The referrals and repeat business that we have cultivated because of the HTV business has been incredible. I secretly want to get out of the screen printing and embroidery business just to focus on unique HTV apparel and decals. I've discovered that I actually like to craft a little bit too. Thanks Lisa for that inspiration! I was also so excited to meet Rudy at last years DAX show in KC. Even though he has left TRW, Rudy and all the crew reassures that Matt only hires the BEST and he wants all of us to be our BEST. Matt follows my motto, help others and you in return are blessed.

I am Debby Harris and I started my business Bling It On in June of 2015. I had always wanted to own a small business so when I retired from the local school district, I decided the time was right to add some bling to my life. I already had a quality heat press, so after going to a trade show and listening to Matt I decided to take the leap. I can truly say that TRW has been the "heart and soul" of my business. I have bought all of my supplies from TRW and I wouldn't think of buying them from anyone else. I know that they have quality products and the service to back them. However, to date I have only been able to purchase pre-made templates so I have been very limited in the designs I can sell. Having a Silhouette would take my business to a new level. It's because of Matt and his business that I've been able to create my own successful business. I came across a video one day and thought to myself, "I can do this!" My husband is brain injured and I was looking for something that one day I could do out of my home. Well, what was supposed to be a "side business" has turned into a busy, wonderful business that I love to do! First, I purchased the starter kit and then I watched several videos and was hooked! I attended shows in Philadelphia and then took Matt's class in Atlantic City. I've purchased several pieces of equipment and software from TRW and can't imagine buying my supplies anywhere else! My guest room is now my office and I meet with clients in my dining room often. Whether I win this contest or not doesn't matter because I became a winner years ago when I stumbled across a video that changed my life! Thank you TRW!

TRW has helped my business in so many ways! I was working a part-time job which I wasn't very happy with and starting my business T-Riffic Designs. With TRW, I was able to learn the basics and work my way to learning so much more. I am not the best designer but with their Magic Template designs, I was able to break into 2 local schools which has evolved into more business for me. I love the fact that you can find a video on almost anything you need. I don't feel i would of built my business as fast without The Design Wizard. Hey TRW, My name is Kimberly Miller and I am the proud owner Prizm Vision Creations! Wow! How has TRW impacted my business! How and where do I begin! I was just making simple crafts/shirt with the Cricut actually but after seeing several of the TRW videos. I purchased the Cameo 3. I was still nervous about using the rhinestones. I keep watching the same videos from the TRW over and over. I was still unsure of which rhinestones to purchase so I called! My name is Tanya Jones and my company is Girly Tomboy Chicks. I only started 4 months ago. I initially entered the garment decorating business as a way to help my artistically talented 14-year-old twins. They have talents that I wanted them to take advantage of. No flipping burgers for them. I spend almost of my savings (not much from a teacher's salary and single mother) - bought a Hotronix 16x20 heat press and the rhinestone starter package with 24 cutter from TRW. I believed in them and mostly I believed I could use my creativity to make something special happen for us. I have literally spent many many waking hours watching and re-watching the TRW videos, practicing along in my Stone Wizard and cutting on my vinyl cutter. Boy have I made lots of mistakes, did some crying, a lot of cursing and a whole heck of alot of smiling! Buying templates here and there (on sale of course), being adventurous when possible with my products and just going for gold. My son has had drawn several designs and we have brought one to life so far.
Sales are going slow but I have sold to my co-workers and several family members. I would have never had the courage to venture into this business if it were not for TRW. Matt and the crew made it all look so easy with their wealth of knowledge. Im am so excited about the future for me and my boys. I am currently working on my FB page & Etsy shop. This just may the gentle exit from the teaching profession I was looking for. My boys will be off to college in a few short years and then I can focus on maybe a small retail space and really enjoy the next chapter of my life. Charles Faires Rhinestones & Vinyl by CHUCKLES. I know it's too late to enter but that is fine. I started back in 2006 just doing this for fun, for family & friends. Then in 2008 I got sick & almost kicked the bucket had so much medical bills it was unbelievable. Wound up on disability & could not run my computer business anymore. So I went into making Rhinestone & vinyl car decals part time. From there I have been able to make ends meet & more. You can not live off of permanent disability, so this was the means of survival for me. My husband got me the Cameo 2 for my birthday he "said just as a hobby and maybe make a couple of bucks". I have wanted to make t shirts for as long as I can remember. I love them. My collection is rather large. My obstacles were never having the proper equipment. I just could not afford the quality needed to make a sellable shirt. I have thought of giving up. But...Your videos have encouraged me not to give up. It can be a little overwhelming at first!
Three years ago, we were struggling to come up with something to supplement our Shaved Ice business. We'd played with t-shirt transfers and some sublimation many years ago and really wondered if this was what we were supposed to get back to. We started checking out software, cutters and companies. One large supplier (I won't name names here) told us what we wanted to do with a design was not possible. We'll in checking out TH-cam (who doesn't?), we came across The Rhinestone World and lo and behold, here was a "Matt" video doing what we were trying to do! Yes, it can be done!! Headed to ISS in Orlando and talked with Matt, Rudy, Jay Wade and decided to try it. Then went to NBM in Charlotte and bought the show cutter (Graphtec CE6000 - go big or go home!). Unfortunately, we didn't realize it was the SHOW cutter and had to stay at the show. We were able to work out a deal to have one shipped to us at home (just one of the many instances of SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!). Everyone at TRW has been instrumental in making our shirt business a "go". We had an earlier version of Corel Draw (for 5 years!) and couldn't even figure out how to change a color! My name is Allison Ensor and my business name is Allie's Auto Lounge. Well I started out by buying a Cricut and making stuff for fun, a friend asked me if I could make rhinestone sweatshirts. Hi, I'm Tanya, a Girl Scout leader. We make little crafty things all the time. I always wanted a Cricut to make my life simpler. My 6 scouts were working on their Silver award and we had to hire someone to create a sticker and a fellow scout leader cut them using her Silhouette. I was so intrigued by that machine, I bought one. So the addiction started...It started with paper, then adhesive vinyl, then htv. I used my home iron to press my first design but then went to the Surf Expo in Orlando, FL, wandered into the ISS area. A whole new world opened up for me...I bought my first heat press. One thing I remember is that no matter who I talked to, after hearing what I was doing there, kept directing me to The Rhinestone World. I’m a career and technical high school teacher in Fort Worth, Texas. I’m a 5th year printing and imaging teacher and have been in the field for almost 20 years. I’m responsible for educating students and continuing individuals entering the printing field. With budget cuts to the education system and limited resources I had to think outside of the classroom textbook. Our program has become stronger by having a support system like The Rhinestone World. Laureen and Matt were high school teachers before starting TRW so I knew I was on the right track with. I came across their easy to use website and the TRW TH-cam channel. For the past five years my students as well as many others have been aided in an ever evolving industry.
Video tutorials are great resources as you can watch a short video while you are getting drinking a cup of coffee or a longer software tutorial you can pause write the steps down or work through. The Rhinestone World has developed a system of creating helpful tutorials I can incorporate with my students. Tutorials are easy to follow and include beginner to expert level instructions in the same video. The tutorials cover current trends, new material, and refresher trainings. You can access these from anywhere in the world and with any device. My students can use their personal electronic device to access trainings if they need to refer back to the material. We love that the trainings cover items outside of apparel unlike other companies similar in size. TRW has become a member of our classroom via TH-cam, I’m able to sign up for trainings on their website. I’m able to learn shortcuts, master software, and get questions answered with ease with their affordable trainings in the comfort of my home or school. I then apply my knowledge in the classroom for the hands on portion. Connecting to the industry, a small business owner would be able to take this knowledge and teach an entry level employee/family member volunteer. While I use TRW often, small businesses are gaining a wealth of access to trainings for free or low cost. Living in the DFW area we have ISS and NBM shows come to town and is one of the best field trips for my students. The expo cost is often free with classroom trainings low cost or free. When my students (athletes) saw Matt they became excited as they saw their TH-cam friend. Matt was demonstrating how to apply heat transfer vinyl, the students had watched his video on applying to a baseball. My principal commended my students on their professional responses and had an in-depth discussion on growing our shop. This wouldn’t have been possible without TRW.

I had been in business a few years before TRW came on the scene. The Crew has given me the incentive to establish a second location to do work. The program allows me do things in Corel more efficiently and with tools that make them attractive to the masses. The body of tools, fonts, and designs give the average and professional user necessary items to succeed. The Crew makes you purchase and try things that before you would never attempted. I have watched tons of video and tested plenty of vinyl with great results.

My name is Julie M and my business name is JM CUSTOM T-SHIRTS. The first show that I went to DAX was last year in April. That was the real start to my new T-shirt business. After meeting you all there I really wanted to get into Rhinestones but since I was still so new to all this I wanted to go slow. I can't tell you how many tutorials I've watched from your youtube channel and most of them several times if not more over and over again. You all truly deserved the Reggies awards that you won!! You by far are the best teaching company out there. I really want to come down to your in-store training as soon as you get them scheduled. The next time I saw you all was at the INDY show NBM. By this point, I was ready to expand and I bought a bunch of stuff from you. I was so excited to get everything in the mail when all of a sudden I was blindsided with a family emergency. I thought that I was going to have to shut down my T-shirt and dreams down for good. You all were gracious enough to let me return most of it and I can't tell you how grateful I and my husband were to you. About three months later we were at a place where I could start again so the first thing I wanted to do was to get those rhinestones back. I couldn't do the whole package that I had done but got the starter kit. My business is growing, with your help, and I will be forever grateful to Matt and all of you there at TRW!!
