- Do you have a clear understanding of the difference between all of Google's load balancing product suite? When to use an L7 global load balancer, versus an L4 regional network load balancer, versus an internal load balancer? If you want to develop a good baseline understanding of Google's load balancing product offering, this is the session for you! Join Ryan Przybyl (GCP Networking SME) as we continue our Cloud Networking series, exploring GCPs load balancer suite and when and how to use each of our load balancer products.

This is by far the best explanation of the topic I've found. I've been watching several google videos and this is the only one that actually explains things instead of just racing through diagrams before you can even seen them and flooding the viewer with meaningless 3 letter acronyms.
Awesome video, it clears all doubts about the Load Balancers! Thank you GCP and presenters. :)
What a explanation.. thanks Ryan. I was checking for Cloud OnAir: Networking 105 but couldnt find.. hope we can get many more like that. Thanks once again.

This was fantastic! Thank you 🙏
So well explained. Loved it
Great topic and video, thanks!!!
Very useful & easy to understand.
Beautifully explained. Please create a session on the LBs that support SSL offloading and the ones don't.
Yes it had to select https on frontend configuration, with port 443, and then to create certificate on the domain
Awesome
9:04 great explination
for the global LBs must the instances in the backends have public IP?
Present!
Thanx

You can implement Org policy constraints for further restrictions on creation, and you can use Cloud Armor security policies to protect from DDoS attacks: cloud.google.com/armor/docs/security-policy-overview

Right?
LOL, yeah...doing these videos is sort of awkward! I'd be much more qualified if I were a newscaster in my past life...unfortunately speaking into a camera vs a live audience is always a bit strange!
am I the only one who's got a 404 after following along with him?
