Honestly if Leo camps the hell out of Riddles the same way he was out camping Sonix at GOML X, I think Leo could do really well. But honestly camping gets very mentally taxing so I can see how that strategy could be hard to pull off in bracket consistently

Riddles is such a hard counter to Leo because Riddles kills Leo so fast. It’s to the point that, Leo can’t get his bearing and precisely use spacing,without fearing to get killed instantly.Also all of Leo’s characters get combo’d easily which is a negative for him.
it's high risk since it has dangerous end lag and can't come out in electric hitstun. it's only kind of useful against recovery but only when timed properly or when kaz has no resources left but up-B, which can be hard to set up, especially since kaz can stall his recovery most of the time

Nah, Leo’s just bad. He rarely grabs, hits riddles shield too much, jumps around too much making it easier for riddles to parry and combo off of that.
