I think they consider him as still to young to conceive, but yes, his bloodline is important because his father Arashi was only at the zoo for a short time before he drowned. He was brought in to mate with females, but he only knocked up Momoko, leaving Fubuki as the only male who can father babies on all those female relatives of Lucky and Kenta.
