With full hdf5 support and some added manual controls for min/max pixel intensities for saved images and this will be good for a range of spectroscopic applications and generating publication figures. Nice work!

As a matter of fact, we are just working on this. :) Our partners at NMBU are implementing the first part, while we are doing the second - exporting images and making them editable. Keep in touch for updates!

Hi, can you make a tutorial video about ARIMA time series forecasting please?

I found it not intuitive when you work with your files instead of datasets, and found finally a solution that the name of the first column must be "type". Can you please elaborate on this, or provide for a tutorial?

Hi! I'm starting to learn how to use this orange add-on on my data, so, I'm sorry if this is a basic question. Can I annotate the peaks of interest on my graph, add the functional groups, and so on?

I don't think so, but you should perhaps ask this in our Discord channel, where our spectroscopy specialist is available.

Im not able to find the Collagen Spectroscopy dataset under datasets. The info says it has 45 datasets, and no datasets cached

      Hi Megadelorix,
Orange Spectroscopy is a toolbox for Orange that opens the possibility of working with hyperspectral datasets. There are some links above to Orange and also the Spectroscopy toolbox. Go and explore and let us know if you have questions.
      Cheers!
