1 minute and 20 seconds in and I've learned so much. Did not know Rex had a last name and certainly didn't know he was "somewhat human in appearance." I always pictured him as a straight up Street Shark.
I liked when we didn't knew what space jackers did, it was so funny that a whole other thing existed and we never got the awnser. Now they are pirates, I'm glad we have the Jackson 5 though. Anyways exited to see the live show, it's gonna be great!
LOL they rewrite their histories so frequently. I guess that is how it is when the campaign goes on this long and the FATE system is basically "make it up as you go"
KensanOni isn't that how it is handled in FaTE in general? Every filmed FATE round I have watched used placecards. I think it is a cool collaborative Storytelling mechanic, since players can do that, too.
I'm not completely sure. I would like to think so, but they don't, and I am sure people who have been playing for a few sessions might not. Since I've only had the opp to run Fate online, I can't tell you about in face play. Maybe later this year when I run my Rescuers of Azeroth game at a Con.

I didn't see the episode live, but I think Adam mentioned it was likely to be the end of this "arc" of the adventure. I don't see it being the end of the show as a whole, though. If nothing else the cast seem to have too much fun playing to wrap it up just yet.
Wondering if those description cards are their original write-ups or simply an attempt to sum up the characters. The sharkanoids do NOT have a homeworld and live in ships. Rex could still be from an ocean world, everybody must've been born somewhere, but it has never been mentioned. Aside from a lan whale thqt he ordered at Mkssy's that seems to contradict this idea. Eugene's blurb is one of those technically true things that is still quite misleading. Like all slimes he's born of the Mother whose big enough to be treated as a planet for all intents and purposes. The locals are as described because they're simple as per slime asexual biology. The Mother Slime periodically ejects matter into space and these slimes (like Eugene) tend to develop more independent personalities. Qin's just leaves some things out. Mainly the development of being a messianic figure, the Blixnort Leboloax'ta, which is liiely because explaining the details would necessitate use of the entire blurb. Also the plot of a pivotal episode including the battle to liberate Ssliyn. Aurora's contains her full name which, like Rex, has never been uttered in game. Mostly AI versus an interlaced hivemind that in many ways is the planet doesn't jive to well.We also get an additional piece of information that has been a source lf much speculation, Aurora's age. It puts the timeframe at roughly 2009 due to some in game story elements that I won't go into here.
You kind of plot hole reset Aurora Adam. She ended the last session fully aware, accepting her humanity and murderously angry with the Duke. I'm aggravated that you erased all that goodnes. For fuck sake.

First time watching Nebula Jazz through, but I've watched plenty of RollPlay stuff and this is by FAR the best episode start ever! Love it.

It's the smart thing to do. You have to have the information on hand to keep those sweet Compels flowing.
