This guy is playing in C# Standard but is playing on 7 string tuned to Wes Borland's tuning throughout 1999 in his 7 String Ibanez days which he tunes the high E and high B string to C#. For 6 string his tuning is: C# F# B E G# C# for 7 string it would be: C# F# B E G# C# C#

Actually saying that.. this guy tuned higher 6 strings to c# standard and hasn't touched the lower b/7th string .
