Auto hold is awesome. Didn't think I'd care about it that much until I used it. Auto Stop/Start is great too. My last car would always cut off and it would freak me out every single time and there was no way to disable it.
I have a Ford Explorer 2023 XLT, every time I shift from Drive to Reverse or any gear, the parking brake automatically activates. For example, if I'm trying to park and need to reverse, and then shift to drive, the parking brake engages everytime. Is this normal, or is there a way to deactivate this function?
Honestly, if you properly maintain any modern vehicle it should last you a decent amount of time. Not all vehicles are the same, but properly maintaining your vehicles will do wonders.
It’s 2025 and I’m about to take on some mean snow in Northeast Oklahoma. Thanks for the vid!!

Does your vehicle need to be stopped/in park to switch drive modes?
so what replaces a limited-slip rear diff on rwd Explorers?
Confused on the the paddles, going from gear to transmission. why ? Thanks
So, if I am driving in snow, does it automatically go to awd mode? thanks.
How do you pre program your auto mode to always been in eco?
Unfortunately, you can not do that. You will need to manually change the drive mode each time you start your vehicle.
Is Auto hold feature available on Ford Edge??

Thank you 🙏🏻
I've yet to see a video that defines what ALL the buttons are used for, and what ALL the driving modes are used for.
If you run out of gas you cannot take it and put it on you true to push the car out of the road it locks
Go back to the stick shift style. Hate the rotary dial.
Love this car❤
