YAY! YOU GOT THE INSTANT POT!! honestly, my favourite kitchen appliance next to a blender. you're gonna love it! I literally cut up yukon gold potatoes and put them in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes on high pressure and it cooks them soooo well like so soft and delicious! I do the same when I want to make potato carrot cheese sauce, so I pressure cook the potatoes and carrots in the IP too! makes white basmati rice in 6 mins - pressure cook on high :) also I've been wanting an air fryer you'll have to let me know how you like it! and that citrus juicer looks amazing, been wanting on like that
We love our instant pot!! My fiance got ours for me for my birthday last year (a week after he proposed, LOL whoops) and we have made so many soups and chilis in it already. I love steaming sweet potatoes in it too, so we do that sometimes to bring them to work for lunch and everything 😊
