The receipt at 1:31 shows that the package was sent by UPS Ground Residential. I think that is the issue. The longer an item travel thru a carrier network (be it UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc.), the higher the chance that the item will get damaged, or stolen. If I have anything sent (even more so valuable stuff), I would have picked UPS Air second day, without insurance At least it will be a UPS 3 day select, also without insurance. Or depending on the dimensions and weight of the package, maybe USPS priority mail, 2nd day. I would also highlight the part that says Signature Required on the label affixed to the package.
UPS voided the warranty on my RTX 3080 TI, when they destroyed it in shipping. The manufacture notified me and sent me the pictures before it even got returned to me. To this day, UPS refuses to take care of what they’ve done.😡😡😡
I just recently found out that the UPS store has NOTHING to do with UPS. They are a 3rd party company. I had an issue with them and UPS said it's not their problem that I would have to deal with the UPS store as they were owned by a different owner.
Yeah, I am currently in talks with eBay for the major damage that UPS made to a item I shipped to a customer. I even paid for extra insurance, but I can't file the claim on the UPS website since I bought the UPS shipping insurance through eBay. 🤞 Hopefully my customer & I get better results than this guy, we've both been quite civil and friendly to each other understanding the problem. We just need eBay to help us get our rightful dues.
I wonderwhat happened to it? if somebody dropped it broke open? or if somebody saw it was valuable cargo and decided to try to steal it but discovered they could not
Companies do things like this all the time and it's absolutely despicable.
