Beautiful. A couple questions: Is there a hiking or biking path that circles the entire lake, so could start at home and go all the way around back to home? If there are a few places where you have to walk or bike on neighborhood streets briefly before getting back onto the path that's fine. I did a search and it looks like Sun Valley ski area is a little less than a 5 hour drive, so fine for a weekend ski trip, but there are apparently three or so ski areas a lot closer. How far a drive are those nearer ski areas, and how large, how good is the skiing at them? I assume there are plenty of places to go hiking and camping and fishing nearby as well. It truly is a beautiful home and location. And what is the nearest town?
Can't imagine all the hassle and time to acquire the proper building permits and years of construction time. Then a few years later you sell it ?? What gives ?
