hey babes! this week i'm back with something familiar to you but also so different at the same time - as the title suggests, i will be thrifting online! i was a bit skeptical on the whole process at first but as i applied what i kind of already do at a thrift store and meshed that with the wonderful world of a search bar, i began to realize how truly rewarding it can be! i hope that perhaps those of you that are wanting to go into shopping more sustainably, can take this as an option. i also feel that it would be fun for those of y'all with an overall hectic lifestyle who don't have the time to sift through the racks irl.

I actually have that american apparel sunflower top. Thrifted it a couple months ago. Love it! I like to wear it with it buttoned all the way up and I have a vintage collar clip chain thing (don't know the technical term) and a forest green circle skirt. Its summery yes, but it also is kinda late summer early fall vibes. I get a lot of compliments for the outfit so I've repeated it a few times xD

Wow your so good at guessing that something is going to fit you! I feel like Im all over the place with sizing in clothes that even when it comes to in store shopping i can never really tell if something is going to fit me unless i try it on, and you did so good with only a few items being slightly off! Is there a secret, do you take your measuring tape/inches measurements? Would love to thrift online but definitely scared of nothing fitting me right!
Micaela C I know what you mean!! To be honest I think it’s just knowing what styles would fit me in certain sizes. I’ve been thrifting quite a lot now so after a while I kind of started to know my body and certain brand’s standards for fit! What’s cool about this site is that you can return with $1 processing fee which isn’t bad considering all of the thrift stores I shop at don’t take returns :)

I like the concept of this website, and the idea of thrifting online, but i think, for me, the pleasure of thrifting is also finding small prices, especially if it's more modern/non vintage clothes (i can more easily spend on a real vintage piece). But some of these prices are really expensive for me!! And also, sadly, it's doesn't deliver to my country. But nice video nonetheless :)
If anyone is in the Uk and wants to shop online, there is the Oxfam uk website, that delivers in the uk, with free returns. Sadly doesn't deliver to my country either, but it's great if you're in the UK! :)
