    Nigeria, especially we igbos build such public buildings as though we have lands. Igbos do not have enough space. Such publick buildings should be raised up to take up less space and contain so much. It will also give rooms to further developments. Canada has 1/7 of its lands undeveloped, yet their public buildings are mainly 5 floors high and above. We must plan for the future.

    This is massive..na waoh..
    So nnewi have this kind of expense of land..
    In abroad..half of this land is highly enough for this project .
    They will first of all react like 8 to 9 story building as the main administrative block that can accommodate many units.
    But in this part of the world,due to lack of electricity,it makes it impossible to have high building that can be powered with lifter

    The summary of all these projects, investments both private and government is that there is no constant electricity supply.... The primary need of Ndi Igbo as a whole is electricity.... The moment that it achieved 90% of our needs are done because everything in this modern world rotates around electricity. Kudos anyway to the government and people of Anambra state.

    Show us what you want us to see and stop these unnecessary hype campaigns. Nigeria as whole has a long way to go in terms of any kind of infrastructure including medical infrastructure.
    I’m seeing open gutters and probably don’t have pipe borne water connection to all departments in the hospital.
    We’re watching and let us be the judge.

    Why do civil engineers always paint kerb white and black in Nigeria, is it necessary? I wonder why civil engineer in Nigeria find it necessary to paint the concrete white and black, elsewhere in Europe and UK, the civil engineers don't paint kerbs, painting add more cost to the project and completely useless seeing kerbs paint in such colours, the concrete should be left in it natural states. It reeks of corruption and its my opinion. Stop painting kerbs white and black, put up signage for directions and speed limit signs. Kerbs painting is not beaufication in my honest opinion but planting of trees and flowers, manicure grass lawns are beatification. Make the landscaping of the complex top notched. SIMPLE.

    • @joshezeh
      @joshezeh หลายเดือนก่อน

      Europe and UK is not sub Saharan Africa, without painting… those kerbs will look unpleasant with time.
      Much of our roads are unpaved, algaes and mud make it to these kerbs.

      @ikennaiwuchukwu6949 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@joshezeh that is not a good excuse to waste money painting a concrete that will change it natural state when beating by the scorching heat of the sun. Whether algae or not concrete are exposed to all kinds of biomaterials under the sun, exhaust pollution, fire, algae, dust etc. What need to do done is to use a pressure steam hosepipe washer to clean it up, this should be part of maintenance and manicure lawn grass, prunning of flowers. Etc.
