Hello bro, last day I have seen your video for repairing my pigeon handy Chopper. But unable to repair my Chopper. When the tread is pulled it is rotating but when is contracting it is not rotating in the opposite direction. Could you please help me to get rid from this difficulty?

I guess the blade does not rotates in opposite direction, only the rope gets wind up. Then in next pull, the blade rotates. This is the cycle of functioning.
