I think the pin diagram you are showing at start of the video is wrong. It should be A16-A19 not AD16-AD19 because data bus is of 16-bit(0-15). Also pin no 40 (Vcc) should be connect outwards not inwards. Correct me if i am wrong

@@EngineeringFunda No, its not correct. Data Lines ranges from D0 to D15. No D16,17,18 or 19 lines are there So pins from 35 to 38 should be A16-A19 and not AD18-AD19. Kindly study properly and reply back
