- HAKARI is one of the characters in Jujutsu Kaisen who’s gained a lot of respect and is slowly making his way onto my top five characters in the entire series. Recently throughout Discord, Reddit, TH-cam, and even Tiktok. I’ve been seeing him as the subject of much discussion and I want to shed some light on things you may or may not know about Hakari. I'll be making this video to display his strength and overall prominent moments in the series and why “You should always bet on Kinji Hakari”.

Not entirely true the traits of his technique have only a few similarities to Gojo’s broken six eyes CE replenishing and automatic reverse CT and that too is only in Jackpot mode.

@@ShowtimeLaw not true you can only compare their durability since he becomes literally immortal, not any other stats such as AP. Gojo would likely be able to come as close to defeating Hakari as possible for an immortal person even if his jackpot state lasted forever.

Cursed techniques become stronger when you explain it to opponents. It's a clever but convient way to explain why people tell others how their powers works. That's why hakari info dumps his technique when he activates his domain, it's not to distract its so he gets the boost.

@@ninnie714 1v1 wise Hakari vs Kashimo had to be the best for me and Gojo vs Sukuna is Second. Gojo vs Sukuna was amazing but Hakari vs kashimo was just so hype. Maki vs The Zenin clan was a one sided beat down until Naoya lol.

Nah sukuna vs gojo was just so satisfying. Second is this but honestly they're close because it's insanely hype.
So far Hakari vs Hajime is the best fight in the entire JJK series imo, with Yuji & Todo vs Hanami is second to that, other than those two, the fights in JJK series is either one sided or fast paced, just seems kinda dull.

@@pandaboy8082 I believe it to be a technique reveal. If you remember, when a sorcerer reveals how his CT works, the power of the CT against that opponent is heightened.

My bet is Hakari recognizes patterns in his attack and can tell way ahead of time if he’s gonna get a jackpot and when so he uses that foreknowledge to setup good counter attacks and make the most of the jackpot. also he’s just him.
The real surprise is that his domain expansion is the inverse of every other sorcerer/curse. For everyone else, it's where they are at their strongest.
For Hakari, if he ISN'T in his domain, you're getting your ass beat. It's similar to Hiromi's Deadly Sentencing except it keeps going until it gives him the equivalent of the Executioner's Sword.
You forget to tell why the jackpot lasts 4:11 specifically, its because he literally produces music in this mode that everbody hears. Its the themesong from the show the gatcha game is about
Your content is hella nice bro. Your video aesthetic is a lot more simple yet interesting to look at. The music actually complements the mood of the vid and doesn’t feel misplaced or distracting (although personally it seems just a lil loud). The graphics/ pictures themselves are High quality and the animations are surprisingly varied and smoother than alot of other channels I’ve seen. You alr got video quality comparable to the bigger anime talk channels; ur content has some passion that can be felt💯💯

If you read hakari domain panels, he has chance booster. Its when Yamin asagirl appears (yume background) 12:10 it's what I think saved hakari in the brain electrocution.

The issue lies in the translation of ノッてる. To get worked up idiomatically means to get angry because of something. The closer translation (or I’ll just translate what the JP dictionary has) means when you’re in the “zone” and your body moves how you want it to and things just go how you want it to go. A bit hard to find an equivalent English expression but being on a roll closely matches the intended meaning and is also related to the gambling theme.

It's so obvious Hakari is special grade level, even if he's never got an official rank he's definitely on the same level as ppl such as Yuta, Geto, and Yuki. There are plenty of feats and statements to back this up including the fact that special grade means you can overthrow a country and it's not a primarily power-based title. A good example of someone who's special grade level but isn't recognized as one is Toji, being able to beat a pre-awakened Gojo and Geto who WERE both special grades at the time. Hakari is undoubtedly special grade level even if he isn't officially recognized as one.
Geto was "Grade 1," during "Hidden Inventory."
Long hair Geto, is "Special Grade."

@@realtruth1448 That statement is just a dumb way to scale, to be CLASSIFED as a special grade you need to be able to take down a country but to be on a special grade's LEVEL is a whole other topic, characters like Hakari, Toji, Maki, Kashimo, Ryu, and Uro are all easily special grade level even if that's not their official rank

Hakari would lose to the military. He's not at the level of a Special Grade Sorcerer. Same goes for the Disaster Curses. The gap between our Yuki, Yuta, Geto, Gojo vs Jogo, Dagon, Hanami, Mahito is ridiculous. Our Sorcerers are tier above them.

He establishes a binding vow that relies on his opponent betting on Hakari not rolling
The only way to beat Idle Death Gamble's effect is to accept that Hakari is effectively immortal and walk away from the information dump/game

You have to "Walk Away" from the gambling aspect of Idle Death Gamble and just accept that Hakari will continue to get a jackpot for the foreseeable future

When you infodump your abilities to your opponent you get a power up, which in any other scenario is a binding vow
I am saying Hakari's DE is a sure hit binding vow that essentially teaches the opponent how to play a rigged game. The only way to defeat Idle Death Gamble is to either stop Hakari from initiating it or accepting that if he activates it he is absolutely going to get the Overflowing Cursed Energy
When you're no longer playing the Pachinko with Hakari the binding vow no longer exists. People are just so convinced that there's a rule set that puts Hakari at a disadvantage it becomes difficult to accept the game is fixed

Hakari is very powerful, particularly in a 1v1 fight. But I don’t think he is a special grade sorcerer if we take into account the qualification of being able to overthrow a country, as stated by Kenjaku.
This is not to say he is weak, he can put up a fight against special grades sorcerers (with the exception of Gojo) but unlike Hakari, the special grades sorcerers are not only powerful in 1v1 fights but can also basically go to war on their own. Even Geto, usually considered the weakest special grade sorcerer, in JJK0 he was fighting the majority of the Tokyo and Kyoto Schools with his spirits while at the same time fighting Yuta/Rika, if it weren't for other special grades, geto would have destroyed the entire jujutsu society in his attack.
Hakari is VERY powerful, but he simply has a different skill set.

@@realtruth1448 As of now Hakari clearly lacks something with good attack-power. Infinite CE-reserves and automatic RCT are op and really really impressive, but we need to see some attacks that deal enough damage.

Look at yuta’s attack power, it’s ridiculously low, even with rika with him, Ryu was bare handed grabbing Yuta/rika’s CE blast!! Like WHAT? Yuta needs to buff his ap if you want to talk about w character lacking in ap!!! Yuta + rika literally tag teamed combo’d Uro and she brushed it off way better than Hajime did against hakari, just going off feats Hakari has greater ap than Yuta

hakari CLEARLY has better ap feats than yuta, even in base form charles commented on how hakari’s punches hurt(hakari stated his curse energy has an “edge” and yuji compared it to a serrated baseball bat) yet there’s nobody that yuta face making a good “ap” statement, in fact in order for yuta to actually INJURE ryu, he quite literally had to HIT ryu with his OWN curse energy blast... like use your head man, hakari has one of the highest ap in the shows, just because he isn’t blowing off chunks of people’s bodies like Hajime & Ryu, doesn’t mean his ap is low!!!
