Thank you!!!! Oh good question! I'm not sure! However, you probably have a higher chance in the booster box since there are guaranteed 2-3 hits per box. Basically the packs in the starter decks are just loose packs from boosters .. I've seen rips online with a few alt arts here and there but pretty tough since you only get 1 pack per starter deck. I would wait for the booster box to come out! 😊
