Actually, the original voice actor, Mel Blanc, died in 1989. They just found really good imitators since. Of course, Mel also did the voice for Daffy, Porky, Elmer, Tweety, etc. They had to get different actors for all of them because nobody can do them all.

But in the newest show he gets outsmarted a lot which i think is quite underwhelming bc he loses one of the best aspect of his character in the old looney toons no matter whatever character he encountered he outsmarted them in the most funniest ways possible , sometimes he used to lose but he always had the upper hand .
