Solar Foods & Liberation Labs Factory Updates

Solar Foods just opened their first commercial scale factory in Finland. They aim to launch in the US market at the end of 2024 and are also looking into regulatory approval in the EU and the UK.
Liberation labs is installing their bioreactors in their factory with the goal to be operational early 2025.

In one day, 300 cows worth of protein in a day or a year? Implies a year, but want to check.
300 cows per year or 110,000 cow farm per year? See what I mean?

Yeah to clarify the factory makes the equivalent amount of protein per day that a 300 cow dairy farm does milk protein per day.

But how about the micronutrients that are only found in animal products? We already have a complete vegan protein, it's called soy

It contains iron and B12 that you can get from meat but doesn’t contain everything you find in meat. Missing Vitamin D3, DHA, Carnosine, Creatine, and Taurine.

And not sure if the iron is heme or non heme iron, I would guess the latter.
