The only thing I “don’t like” about buying tax liens, is that often- you are buying the property of someone whose property value has increased to the point where they just can’t afford the taxes (think elderly or disabled). There are some pretty sad stories behind these situations.
Now that you're the new owner, you can always work out deals with homeowners that are in distress . When you see it warrants it.
That what I was wondering. We could easily become the "answer" to someone's problem!🙌🏽

The city development plans are on record. Anyone can look up the plans for a particular area. I just learned this. Gonna apply this with the information in this video. A lot of things are public information.

This man's videos got me started but unfortunately i don't have the money to fix and flip or hire contractors so i manly buy vacant lots and hold. (tax delinquent tax sales). A setback in Alabama is the homeowner has three whole years to redeem the property so you can't buy and flip so quickly like George does because in Indiana the redeem time is like 3 months right not years.
I have landholdings as well as a feminine single mom its tough dealing with contractors w/o man standing next to me. He's right a lot of these transactions and transfers are spiritual so I'm asking the Father to secure me with a qualified team.

Great video! George was very clear, concise and understandable with tax lien investing. I remember Carleton Sheets infomercials about tax liens and so wanted to do it but he was just trying to sell his book to anyone and most did not understand the ins and outs. George is knowledgeable and wants to share his knowledge with others. God has truly blessed him!

I have to ask about this because of where I am now in my civic education - if I believe that property taxes are morally wrong, how can I buy these properties? I say this as a person who learned the Kiyosaki method in the mid-2000s w/ my then-husband & was involved with (& burned by) the real estate investment community at this time.
What a amazing video. George mentioned that the tax sale was $300 and that even if there is a mortgage you get the property tax free. From my understanding the investor is the last lien and everybody has a opportunity to pay the tax lien plus your interest so you can’t get the property. Do you have any knowledge of this?

During the redemption period, are you (the new lien holder) responsible for the taxes for that period or the "former" owner?
Ok, I've heard of TAX LIEN and I've heard of TAX DEED. What is the difference and which has precedent over the other? Do you recommend a certain book that would help a green beginner like me? I actually need a place to live. So, I'm hoping I can find something there for me on a personal level.

The first time i went to my county delinquent tax sale i unknowingly sat next to an investor who spent almost a 500,000 dollars that day. Very intimidating to say the least!

T😫he state I live is one of the ones he said he wouldn't do tax liens in because of the 3 yr redemption period. What else can I do?
You can still do it, it'll just be in another state
He mentions construction costs in calculating his return, but what about your financial responsibility as the new lanlord; upkeep, maintenance, etc.?

Question? I have a rental and I wanted to sale it because it has good equity. Do to this virus should I do it?
Only if you buy two more. How about taking the equity and buying one more. That's how I did it both ways. Had one fixed it up bought 3. Refinaced one for equity and remodeled my house. Then bought one with no money down. A duplex, 2 condos, 1 house and a residence.

Pretty sure he has Property Managers which is the easist way to manage yor properties. No stress when you don't have to deal with renters. You just oversee and keep the income machine oiled.
