“Your Kinda Love” is Uncanny Alliance’s first new single in 30 (!) years since they stormed on the NYC club scene with the classics, “I Got My Education,” “I’m Beautiful Dammitt” and “Happy Day” from their revered and acclaimed 1993 album debut, The Groove Won’t Bite.
Without missing a beat, “Your Kinda Love” in collaboration with The Red Hot Organization finds the Uncanny Alliance duo as unapologetic, irreverent and hopeful as ever.

Uncanny Alliance’s hit singles were “I Got My Education” (a huge club record in 1992 and response to Crystal Waters’ “Gypsy Woman”) ; “I’m Beautiful Dammitt” (covered by Bette Midler in 1998) and “Happy Day” (which is featured in the perennial Adam Sandler 1996 hit, Happy Gilmore and its soundtrack).
The creative spark was re-ignited after the group re-recorded “I Got My Education” during the pandemic as a novelty release, “I Got My Vaccination.”
