hello. congrats for the bike, i just bougth exactly the same one, size M, same color. I will change the tires for 28front and 30mm rear. One question: where do you buy that aero bottle/mount? what is the brand? it looks great!!! Also, the ceramicspeed, you think that it makes huge difference? it changes the feeling/speed?
@@PerolascomDiamantes Hey thanks! This aero bottle is from Elite. It’s called Elite Crono CX bottle kit. It’s the third generation but it doesn’t have carbon fiber bottle holder. I stopped using it now as it can only hold 500ml and I’m always up for a long rides in the weekends so I changed it to rounded bottle holder. There’s another alternative option when getting an aero bottle, try searching aero bottle for Cervelo P5. It does look better than the Elite Crono bottle. I have used another dura ace group set in the past as well as Ultegra, I can tell that using CeramicSpeed pulleys there’s really significant differences (just in my observation). Rotation of the chain and the whole drivetrain is much smoother specifically if you also use ceramic button bracket. Hope that answers your questions. Have a safe ride!
how long does the battery last for the shifters? can you charge it using portable charger? i saw in a video the guy shifter battery died half way riding and his gear stuck and can't be shifted.
The batteries on shifters are button cell. You can replace them anytime. It last for years. The only thing you need to worry about is the di2 main battery. You can sync your di2 unit on your bike computer and you’ll be able to check the battery status from time to time. Di2 batter can be up 1000km+ when it’s full.
hey mate, pretty bike. my Aeroad was stolen a couple of days ago. so I am now planning to buy the 2024 edition. however, I am split beween the Alpecin version (the colour transition looks sick!) and the stealth version (beautiful as well). what I would like to know is how the colour of the CANYON decals in sunlight looks like. is it just some greenish colour or some sort of 'unicorn blood'? it's not really obvious from your video. would very much appreciate you commenting on it. safe riding :D
Hey there. I’m not really in to colorful paint work but having black matte with a splash of shine on top tube and head tube I really don’t mind. The decals is not just green but yeah, it’s like a rainbow from different angles specially when sunlight hits on it. That makes it so unique. I’d say go for this color.
@@JC_Cycling ha, you almost convinced me. I love the matt gray/black and was hoping the colouring of the decal would be as you described. Will have a look though at the other one just in case. Canyon should do a better job with their pictures. It was only when I saw your video that I considered this colour.
@@MYprefrontalRIDES Do you remember the older version which the seatpost lock is behind the seatpost. That version have had its creaking problems. Look for that model in canyon website. But for now they don’t have that color with the updated frame.
The newest generation is way better. But it still rattles when the bottle is empty. (Solution) Place a thick double sided rubber tape from the inside part of the cage.

How's the ride bro? Nice bike... That is my dream build for 2024
It’s hungry for speed 🔥 loving it. Way more different handling than my older bikes.
Great bike, where can I get that water cage and bottle ? Thanks
Sorry btuv had to stop after all that touching the brakes bare hands, no greasing any threads, no torque wrenches. Show the beaut some love

Great bike! How's the ride quality? Does it absorb the road vibarations well?
Thanks. It’s more comfortable with wider tires. And yes, it absorbs a lot of vibrations even riding off-road
Can I ask, how is the clearance on the rear? Those look to be conti 28s and there doesnt seem to be a lot of space tbh
Hey. Clearance seems already maxed out. It’s gp5000 TT TR 28c tires. They’re wider than rated
