Mo Brings Plenty Accepts The Inaugural New Horizons Awards

Congratulations to Mo Brings Plenty (Oglala Lakota) for receiving the first-ever New Horizon Award at the 2024 Western Heritage Awards. The award is for individuals who have “shown exceptional promise and made a significant impact in the Western genre while demonstrating the values and integrity of Western culture.”
The actor and activist accepted the award at the National Cowboy Museum on April 13, dedicating the achievement to his late nephew Cole Brings Plenty.
