I am not a fan of any Kpop group nor artists in the Philippines. I was not even paying attention to this group before when I see them always trending on social media but when I heard their songs I became interested. Their vocals are superb. I cannot compare them to any Kpop nor boy group band as they are way way way better. Plus they sing and dance at the same time. You can see their confidence, their movement. You will feel the emotions. I followed and watched all their videos on their TH-cam channel. Now I can say that I am a fan. Hands down to Sb19 and their Leader Pablo. 🙌👍😍

@@iflipover Hi! The story of how I found SB19 isn't that complicated, - I heard Gento in a TH-cam Short almost 2 months ago and googled the song because it sounded like something I'd like. That led me to finding the music video, and I was completely blown away because it was so unlike anything I'd ever seen before from a boy band. Everyone stood out and was equally talented. I went down a rabbit hole of watching their music videos, live stages, and Wish Bus performances. The music was definitely the first thing that hooked me in, but what made me want to keep coming back for more was their personalities, love for their fans, and passion for what they do. 💝

Yes! I love his voice. People seem to dismiss him just because he doesn't have PabKenTell's range. You don't have to sing the highest or lowest notes to be a good singer - you work with your range. Justin's voice quality is so good. Sarap sa ears. Even with other groups, I tend to pick the one whose vocal tone I like the best since I really love and prefer clear tones. They're not necessarily the main vocalist either. Sometimes that person has a high voice and sometimes it's low. I must say, I have a weakness for the altos in girl groups.. then again it also depends on the vocal tone too if it passes my test .

Ang song na 'to at ILAW talaga ang isa sa reason why pinilit ko talaga manuod ng Pagtatag Tour nila even if i'm not allowed sa mga ganyang events because of health reason (anxiety/panic disorder) but thankfully i'm perfectly felt fine sa concert day at pinayagan din ako kahit mag-isa lang ako. Hearing them live is an unbelievably experience that up til now it's still vivid & it felt special too kasi i'm one of the lucky person to hear their first ever performance of Golden Hour Live in Acapella version. Watching them live is my way of thanking them back for all the inspiration, motivation, healing & calm they gave. 😊

Naku, di pala ako nag iisa. Dami pa pala di nakakakilala sa kanila na pinoy and i cant believe isa ako sa mga nahuli. At first, i was asking myself bakit kasama is stell ng sb19 sa mga judges. Never heard of them. And then, meron yong mag-amang kumanta ng “ikaw ang akong pangarap” tapos nakikanta si stell, wow!!! Dahil don, napasearch ako bigla sa sb19. Adn then i heard “‘mapa” for the first time. Grabe!!! Pinaiyak ako. So i searched for their other songs. Ayon, nahook na hahaha. I am just amazed na it’s because of stell kaya ko nahanap sb19 pero nung nakita ko na sila, di lang sya ang magaling. Grabe!!! As in, solid ang group dahil sa kanilang lima. SB19 ballads are top tier, from their heavenly vocals and harmonization, to the lyricism, to their emotions when performing.
SB19 deserves to be recognized not to mention their talents and pure vocals. They have patiently waited to be recognized. Let us all support them with love.
I love how raw this live version of Lihami is. We can clearly hear each member’s raw voice. It’s not perfectly executed though, but how individually delivered their part of the song with such emotion is commendable. Most of the time if not always, their harmonization is their strength when singing as a group.
For me, Jah stood out in this video as his emotions and song deliveries leveled with that of the true meaning of the song. This genre suits him well. And to highlight, that low key register from him is so pleasing to my ears.
The vocal trio (Stell, Pablo & Ken) are consistently good if not better, I’ll be surprised if any of them is not delivering well.
On the other hand, Josh’s voice is a bit shaky sometimes but his vocal improvement is evident. I don’t know if it’s only me, but his voice is really good when it comes to blending with other members.
To Pablo for writing this masterpiece and kinda heartfelt song, man you’re such a genius. That brain deserves praise and truly every second of time I spent listening to this is so worthy, not a time waster. More songs like this, please..

Agree too with Josh. When you hear it, you just hear it. It's not only in this live performance of Liham. I've noticed it too in other performances of Liham during their tour. It doesn't happen all the time. This song is a challenge for Josh just like how Gento and Crimzone are for Justin. It's good that they're taking on this challenge so they can push themselves and get better. It's not always going to be perfect but the important thing is they're trying and they're not afraid to go for it live.

Yes, I agree. Josh's voice was a bit shaky and kind of straining to hit the high notes. He has improved a lot, though, compared to previous years. I hope he can find more effective techniques that will suit him to avoid straining his voice. It's not going to be good in the long run for his voice box. As for him harmonizing, MAN, I thank God that the sound mixing in this WB was kinda off coz I can clearly hear him wonderfully holding his note and blending so well! Only in SB19 that we have a rapper who can harmonize like it's nobody's business.
For Justin, once again, thanks to the issue with the sound mixing, I clearly heard his low notes while harmonizing. I didn't realize he was doing the low notes until this WB performance. Now, I'm remembering their BAKIT BA IKAW where he showcased this side of him doing the low notes for the first time. As for his solo, his voice is so heart-warming and soothing. You can feel the emotion pouring out. Liham is the kind of song that can be in a musical and I do believe Justin's voice is so well suited in this genre that's why his voice clicked with Liham.
As for Ken, Stell and Pablo.. As always, this trio is amazing. I'm at a loss for words to describe how good they are. Their voices are just captivating because they're not just excellent vocalists, they're also such great storytellers which is a typical SB19 trait. They are so on point in delivering the emotion of the song. Good vocals plus good storytelling is a lethal combination that will surely give you goosebumps and feeling all the feels.

Tbh, im not a fan of ballads esp modern ballads... But they made me love their ballads..not that im biased because im their fan... Ang ganda lang kasi talaga ng compositions, choice of words, production value, harmonies, etc... Basta.
Kung baga tamang timpla. Hindi sya cringey na overdramatic or too shallow na kulang sa emotions. Most of the time, the musical arrangement doesn't fit the lyrics but with LIHAM and ILAW, the words and accompanying music are blending well together. Example: "Pa'no kaya kung hindi tayo nagkita". You can hear how the music changed to a quietly wistful and contemplating tone. Kaya hanga talaga ako kay Pablo. Right now, he can already be considered as a legendary composer and music producer.
And then there's SB19's phenomenal talent in storytelling. How they convey the message through their singing is so on point and powerful. They know how to bring out that emotion with just the vocals alone but even more when they do a live performance because they are always in the zone and feeling the song. It shows in their facial expressions. No wonder many foreign reactors who don't know the meaning of the song can't help but shed a tear or two. Mark my words, SB19 ballads will be an OPM classics someday.
