Estou maravilhada com os planos para Londres visto que é a minha cidade preferida do mundo. Expero que se concretizem e muitos mais progetos para que Londres volte a ser a capital do mundo.
talk about a totally deluded report. there is nobody working n these buildings ? the city has all but socially and economically collapsed. too much property debt.
That is utter garbage. Data from CoStar, the US real estate analytics company shows that 17.3% of all office space in New York is empty, compared with 8.5% in London. CoStar expects that the vacancy gap between the two cities will continue to widen. By 2026, it estimates that almost 20% of all office space in New York will be empty. A major problem is that a lot of new York office space is old, outdated and does not provide the range of amenities that modern office workers expect and demand.
I did work in London 16 years, now retired back to my country, love London forever !!
