Chetan bhaiya is dope. His dry humour gets you hooked on to the entire process of creating that plate of bhel. Assuming(strictly speculating to make a bigger point) taste is at 50%, still the rest of the experience makes it a 100% worth visit to this man's humble food stall. A complete package. My advise would be to start interacting while he is prepping your order, the responses are absolutely gold.
