I thought the same thing as soon as I saw this video that something must have been wrong with the camera they sent you. That being said it's good to know that could happen.

Great review Dave! Looks like a decent camera. Thanks for going over the WiFi and App stuff. I have a different cam with WiFi through an app that I don’t use. I just grab the pics at the cameras and it works for me. I like the stump with the mineral block and so did the raccoons! Take care, Char 🦝

Great review bud!! I guess I need to learn to do a shorter review on things we review. I see you got this done in about 11 minutes. I know when I reviewed this camera, I tried to do a real thorough review, going through the menu settings and such. I do agree with you about the app. I had some issues with the app on mine, is it a deal breaker, nope, I like the camera and the photo and video quality. In fact, even though this was sent to me, I went ahead and purchased one through Amazon. I plan to put it up on the mountain at deer camp and leave it for about 6 months. Jerod and I will do another review after the more extensive use. I also will be sharing my review of the CEYOMUR CY50 that they sent me to review. Of course the CY50 isn't WiFi/Bluetooth. I noticed that there is a different aspect ratio between some of the videos, are some of the videos at 1290p and others at 1080p? Nice sharp clear night video! Another item for your pro column... the audio seems to be very clear, which is important to me. I like that the lens is 90 degrees, a bit wider than average.

Yes, I was running the camera on different quality setting. I could notice much difference on clarity but the 1080 videos were in the 16:9 ratio vs the 4:3 of the 1296p videos. The audio was very good. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it 👍

I like the front facing camera and how you can see the camera view when setting it up. I could not see a lock for the screen/sd card

Great review nice camera I seen matt @ mad hunt do a review of a similar camera same company I believe different model. This one did much better

I've noticed the I/R LED's glow red and are visible at night. Have you had any problems with wildlife seeing the LED's.
From my experience wildlife can see low glow and no glow cameras. Noise and scent on the cameras are usually my biggest enemy. Some came click when the IR filter flips into place at night. Wildlife definitely notice the camera then
@@HuntingFarmerOfficial My problem is rain on the lens. I've used Rain X but still don't work so I've made a rain cover from an old pop bottle placed on top with strips of sticky backed Velcro
How was the battery life?
I ran it for close to two months and got over 200 videos and the batteries showed 100% (they were lithium batteries so the meter on the camera doesn’t always read acutely). Thanks for watching. I appreciate it 👍
why are some videos square and some full screen? 🤔
I operated the camera on several different quality settings. Interestingly enough, different quality settings have different aspect ratios on this camera. Thanks for watching 👍
