Samdish is such a fantastic interviewer. intentionally or unintentionally, he disarms all his interviewees so well that they start showing all their true thoughts in a straightforward manner. They also don't get overly defensive when the matter of tough topics comes up because he interviews them like a true friend.

Samdish bhai, I love your work! The way you conduct your interviews is unique and amazing. One thing I noticed is that, your political inclination is slightly visible in your interviews. That is what I think Hardik bhai also was pointing out. I know in current times every journalist is shouting out their opinions, rather than doing real journalism, you are doing a great work by trying to be neutral as much as possible. But I am looking out for journalism of my childhood days (90s) where journalism was dead neutral, though owned by state. I totally agree with your political ideology but only thing is that it would be great if you can suppress that in your interviews. Wish you all the best 👍

I like how hard Hardik tried to be diplomatic and politically correct in all answers, but still through some of his actions, like being against the use of Urdu words, being ok to compare Abdul Kalam and Kasab only but being indifferent when spoke about Godse vs Gandhi, the scarf symbolism, the passing of judgment based on someone's looks, he unveiled his true character. This is the trick bjp is playing everywhere, Marathas in Maharashtra, Patel's in gujrat, jaats in haryana. Every dominant caste is asking that it should be included in OBC. The simple solution is caste census and then assign obc category only to those caste who are backward in education, economically or socially. But bjp won't do that because 1. Hindu unity will break. 2. 27% of seats for obc would be expanded because their population will also increase from 52% which was found out in 1931 census.

I am really happy and impressed by the way Samdish is able to get the true politician face. After seeing Hardik's interview, all I can say is every one can see the difference between a grounded and learned leader like Jignesh and the true face of shallow politicians like Hardik. Oh man, Jignesh then Hardik, that's a super Sigma move!! And like I said before for Jignesh, it's great to see that young leaders having a clear line of thought. You may or may not agree with their choice of ideological beliefs and Political parties, but looking at them thinking through the purview of a common citizen and their problems is what we need in politics right now. Congress, BJP and many other parties have lost touch with the ground realities. AAP is also heading to that direction where they are lost in building narratives. Politicians like Jignesh, Hardik or even Kanhaiya, could actually be the need of the hour. Just hope they'd not be lost in the bigger political machinery.

I like how hard Hardik tried to be diplomatic and politically correct in all answers, but still through some of his actions, like being against the use of Urdu words, being ok to compare Abdul Kalam and Kasab only but being indifferent when spoke about Godse vs Gandhi, the scarf symbolism, the passing of judgment based on someone's looks, he unveiled his true character. This is the trick bjp is playing everywhere, Marathas in Maharashtra, Patel's in gujrat, jaats in haryana.
Every dominant caste is asking that it should be included in OBC.
The simple solution is caste census and then assign obc category only to those caste who are backward in education, economically or socially. But bjp won't do that because
1. Hindu unity will break.
2. 27% of seats for obc would be expanded because their population will also increase from 52% which was found out in 1931 census.

About Gujarat's low HDI indices inspite of high GDP he has nothing to say. On the contrary, Jignesh Mevani's interview with Samdish was really good. Jignesh seems to be more educated about the state policies, articulate with substantiated arguments and above all, well-read with rational thinking. Gujarat's youth should look upto Jignesh instead of Hardik.

You may or may not agree with their choice of ideological beliefs and Political parties, but looking at them thinking through the purview of a common citizen and their problems is what we need in politics right now.
