How SNMP Work for Network Monitoring Explained In Hindi with Very basic

Simple Network Management Protocol ﴾SNMP﴿ is a popular protocol for network management. It is used for collecting information from, and configuring, network devices, such as servers, printers, hubs, switches, and routers on an Internet Protocol ﴾IP﴿ network. Microsoft Windows Server 2003 provides SNMP agent software that works with third‐party SNMP management software to monitor the status of managed devices and applications.
Automating Network Management
Large networks with hundreds or thousands of nodes are difficult to manage without a large staff to monitor every computer. SNMP, which is widely used in local area networks ﴾LANs﴿, lets you monitor network nodes from a management host. You can monitor network devices such as servers, workstations, printers, routers, bridges, and hubs, as well as services such as Dynamic
Host Configuration Protocol ﴾DHCP﴿ or Windows Internet Name Service ﴾WINS﴿.
SNMP Background
Developed in 1988 to provide network‐device‐monitoring capability for TCP/IP‐based networks, SNMP was approved as an Internet standard in 1990 by the Internet Architecture Board ﴾IAB﴿ and has been in wide use since that time. More recently, Internetwork Packet Exchange ﴾IPX﴿‐based networks have added support for SNMP. Currently, most network equipment vendors provide SNMP support in their products.
As you see the tittle for this blog so let's start about this.
So first you have to one SNMP server Then, you have to enable SNMP trap in SNMP agent on Network Device, Windows Machine and Linux OS and also other OS. Those are supporting SNMP protocol for communication over the SNMP traps.
1 First You have to Check Connection Between two device and reachability over the IP protocol. that we are using in the current in our network.
2. You have to configure SNMP Community Setting over the device for receive SNMP trap and add IP address of SNMP server and SNMP Community Name their so device can send Traps over the same.
3. Configure the same Ver of SNMP on the both device. If you are not doing the same then, device can be communicating but not Receive the SNMP Trap Over the network.
4. Do the configuration with the correct information on every setup then you get updates in a better Way.
5. I am using PRTG Network Monitor Tool. So I can help you anytime over this tool for the communication over the server and client/device.

1st point: agr monitoring tool and jis device ko monitor karna hai usme communication ho rha hai ki nahi vo kaise check karnge.. Ping ke aalava..? Aur agr communication nahi ho raha hai to vo network issue rahega right ( firewall level pe) and jab tak vo solve nahi hota hum samne vale device ko monitor nahi kar sakte right? Plz reply

See ping is not required if you blocked ping the network reachability is must after that community settings and snmp port will work
