Like I said, maybe the drummer needs it cuz it's hard for him to hear the rest of the band.

The IEM challenge.. I can take it out if I want though. I just like to keep it to ensure as an MD, I’m still on point.
This band is amazing. A benefit of IEM system where 20 years ago it was impossible to get this kind of sync unless a good time of rehearsal together.
