Omg Megan, my periods use to be so bad every c section I had which was two my periods got so bad id tare pillows. So I did the deposit shit which stops all periods eventually. Problem solved. Best part of it, it's not like other birth control which so much bad even blood clots. This has a super rare chance. 1%. Or less. I just realized what a weird conversation. I used to make fun of people saying oh do yoga do meditation but years later when I tried it cuz my autoimmune doctor recommended me to woosah lol it worked it really does work and sometimes the meditate so well I passed the f*** out LOL
Oh my God I never once at night time in my life after 5:30 p.m. I never ate ever again not until the next day and the last 2 years all I want to do is eat at night and not in the daytime I'm like what the f*** is going on this is not even me lol
Yes i understand what you're saying. Parenting this generation is sooo healing. I feel like back then people would talk about kids or babies as some sort of experiment or inanimate object.
The one thing I taught my sons is never to bottle in how they feel but you can always say how you feel but you can't take back the way you say it. You got to show respect to get respect and if it doesn't work out then drop the person because if they cared about you they hear you and they'd want to make a difference and change things. I have a son that likes to bottling a lot of his feelings when it comes to his girlfriend. I said your not helping her by ignoring bottling and blowing. The source of good communication is to actually COMMUNICATE! But always do it respectfully. Never say while having it saying oh it's fine don't be sorry. You're diminishing your own feelings!
