I love the fact that when Donnie asks Leo about a plan for getting raph back, he doesn’t even think about a plan, all he wants is to make sure nothing happened to him before they were too late, at least that’s the way I think it

Raph sure is stubborn and stands up for himself but the problem is he's a skilled ninja which means he's going to be hard to beat
You ever notice how leo is very skilled with the staff/ trident in his fight with Raph, maybe because of the experience he got with it in the episode where they switched weapons and Leo got donnies staff🤷♂️

well shredder did make raph use his weapons and in one episode where they switched weapons Leo had trouble to the point where he went against splinters orders to get his own weapons back and who says shredder won't make Leo use his weapons?

Probably a good thing he chose Raph too. I think Leo keeps his true skill a strict secret from even the enemies that recur so that when a situation like this happens, he has sort of a secret weapon
