Lot of people think that Yamato is stronger because of her sizes, they don’t know that Bismarck’s AP shells were deadlier and 80% more effective than those of Iowa or Yamato. Amour and cannons were designed to endure damages
Iowa fired 2,700lb superheavy AP shells that were some of the most powerful and effective naval shells ever made. Yamato fired 3200 shells that had penetration roughly equivalent but were a few hundred pounds heavier and a little larger than Iowa's. Bismarck's shells had high velocity and a flat trajectory, so were very accurate and good side penetration, but lessened deck penetration at long range because of shallow angle of attack. And his shells "only" weighed about 1700 pounds. So, no. Not more powerful or effective than Yamato or Iowa. But good guns, accurate, and able to rival any other ships he faced in the Atlantic. World needs another one so badly.
Us legends love the KMS Bismarck battleship.
The strongest and fastest battleship
@@enteuschung4946 at his time before he lost
@@joshsuan4489 Until now there has not been a battleship that is stronger or faster, so it is still the strongest and fastest battleship so far
@@enteuschung4946 Both Bismarck and Tirpitz were the mighties Battleships of Europe at their term

Do you know what so special about 14th of February?
It's not what you're thinking
It's the birth of the legendary mighty Bismarck the king of the ocean
Legend song sabaton bismarck
Fridrich der Grosse?-Nein.
Bismarck?-ja.
Чувак,Фридрих Великий - это выдуманное Лестой имя для серии линкоров типа "Н".Их заложили в 1939 году но с началом войны их разобрали.И тем более им никто имени собственного не давал
Du hast Friedrich falsch geschrieben
Ehren mann
fredrich der grosse is a big clone of bismarck XD
Freidrich der Grosse is an improved version of Bismarck.
Nicely done
Love from INDIA , only GERMANY helped us INDIAN NATIONAL ARMY during WW2 .
I once saw a GERMAN NAVAL SHIP in our port KOCHI , had an opportunity to get a guided tour ( A DESTROYER ) . The ship was big and all the sailors were very TALL , Big and well built , It was a GREAT FEELING . It was my school days .
My granduncle died in there at the age of 18, bless him and all fallen
