Canada does have face recognition that is also used by China and big US city's, the technology can recognize you with face mask is IRIS technology which is also used in some Samsung phones like note 8. IRIS scan is done every time your arrested but it's still unknown where are iris cameras other then airport.

Yee I agree with you Fam, Drake doesn’t show too much love to the city’s artists.
But to be fair, Drake didn’t get much Love from Toronto artists when he was coming up.
People kept saying he’s a “ degrassi kid” and “ not from the streets” ( even though he doesn’t claim that life ) , and rappers and rap fans in Toronto didn’t rock with him at first.
So I can sympathize that he doesn’t wanna show love to ppl to hated him at first.
With that said though, he does do OVO FEST which is a big concert done in Toronto, bringing artists like kanye & Jay Z and let’s local artists do opening on stage.
So it’s half and half for me, I feel like he does some, but he should do absolutely more 💯
