If you take care of these mobile homes they will last a lifetime,we bought a 2001 Clayton home brand new in 2000,raised 5 children in it and still living in it today.
Perfect home for a retired poor guy and his dog. Simple and basic, but still nice; certainly better than an apartment or condo! Thanks for touring something more reasonably priced!
This is just like my neighbors home next door they pulled in about 6 yrs ago. It cost $18.000 and made payments on it with Social Security for 5 yrs. through the park. I live in a 1962 10x55 1bed/1bath and repeatedly asked the park manager if there were a larger home available but she never gave me any info. I have lived in this park 32 yrs. in this old small home with my 20 yr. old son and yet I never get a break 😕 My son's room is the living room. But I do like looking at the newer, bigger homes to think what I could do with one if I had one, but my SS is not enough to make payments on one like the neighbors next door.
The only thing that I would change is the primary bathroom. I would wall off the closet, add a second sink, and open the closet into the bedroom with two racks at a minimum. The price is definitely worth it, though. I've seen new cars more expensive than this home 🏡
I love this one! I need to downsize so bad. I’m a new subscriber. I love your channel!! Mobile homes are my thing!!
Thank you so much and welcome!
If you want smaller, there is one just like this but with just 1 bedroom and 1 bath called The Bliss, great for a retiree.
