Plus, I will review the transcript that hit the wire yesterday--see what they talkin' 'bout! Let's do it! Context: Judge Glanville and Young Thug Attorney Brian Steel face off again today as Lil Woody is set to EXPOSE Young Thug! We all know what happened yesterday--let's see what fireworks occur today! Context: The judge presiding over Young Thug’s lengthy racketeering trial held the musician’s attorney in contempt on Monday after being confronted about a private conversation reportedly held between the judge, prosecutors and a state witness. Brian Steel was escorted out of the courtroom after refusing to tell Judge Ural Glanville how he learned of the meeting, which he said occurred in the judge’s chambers before court began Monday. “You got some information you shouldn’t have gotten,” Glanville said before directing deputies to take Steel into custody. “You’re not supposed to have communication with a witness who’s been sworn,” Steel told the judge before asking for a mistrial. He was later allowed back into the courtroom. The witness, Kenneth Copeland, spent the weekend in jail after refusing to testify on Friday despite an immunity deal contingent upon his testimony. Copeland apparently had a change of heart on Monday and was brought to the witness stand wearing a blue, jail-issued jumpsuit. He said he heard that prosecutor Simone Hylton also reminded the witness that he could actually be held until all 26 defendants have their cases disposed of, regardless of how long that might take. “If that’s true what this is is coercion, witness intimidation, ex parte communications that we have a constitutional right to be present for,” an outraged Steel told Glanville. “I still want to know, how did you come upon this information,” Glanville asked. “Who told you?” “What I want to know is why wasn’t I there,” Steel responded. After ordering Steel removed, Glanville said he planned to continue with proceedings.

Is there proof of when Woody actually signed the immunity paperwork? I’m of the belief based on this transcript that Woody had not agreed to immunity prior to being arrested. He wouldn’t have been saying he was pleading the 5th if he had already agreed. They manipulated him, the way they kept saying “we gave you immunity” as if it was THEIR CHOICE and he had NO SAY. This is where the notion that he confessed to the murder came from. And proof that they had knowledge of his intention to plead the fifth
Prosecutors: “why would you please the fifth to something you didn’t do?”
Woody: “You don’t know what I did and what I didn’t do”
It goes on to say after that conversation, the prosecutor went and got the immunity approved which would force him to testify and take pleading the fifth off the table.
He also stated prosecutors told him “we went to the judge with this (immunity) so if you don’t testify, the judge gonna lock you up”
They all knew he was pleading the fifth.

Although he was not explicit he said it several times, I believe he was not explicit because he has told prosecutors this previously, which is why they kept saying “if you say you did something that I know you didn’t do” something like this was said several times by prosecutors.

As usual y'all just missed a boatload of info that just went over everybody's head.
1. Bumpus was NOT there to represent Woody. She was basically a FedEx delivery woman there to get Melnicks "I quit" paper signed.
2. Melnick's vacation seems a tad too convenient. Like everybody in the case all I see is CYA.
3. The transcript was most definitely redacted. There is a part where the judge is telling Bumpus to recall what DA Love said to them when she couldn't have (according to the transcript) told them anything because she wasn't there. She was sitting out in the courtroom.
4. I did these crimes was blurted out of nowhere
5. When did Woody fire Bumpus? He fired her twice.
6. The DA kept saying they didn't know who was representing Woody, however there has to be an attorney of record listed somewhere. Add to that, that in court the judge kept saying that both Melnick and Bumpus hadn't admitted any /the required paperwork to be Woody's lawyer.
This case dragged for months. Melnick not know when he’ll hit the stand. Melnick only one telling woody straight and concerned for his livelihood.

I have no doubt in my mind, as I mentioned yesterday, that those transcripts are altered. I believe there were more activities by the judge that they just removed to try to save some face. Notwithstanding, that which was left makes the judge look extremely bad, and not worthy of a seat on the bench.
Another TH-cam channel (former prosecutor) pointed out that the transcripts should have started with Granville explaining why they were having the meeting. Things have definitely been left out I’m sure.
So, because the transcript doesn't align with what you believe it should have said, it's altered? Come on. Next you'll want audio, then video, then affidavits from everyone who was there. At what point will you be satisfied that you (and the defense) were wrong?

A client has to assert his pleading the 5th on the STAND dummy...when Copeland got on the stand he said TWICE that he was going to testify.Then when the jury came in plead the 5th. If yuo say you PLAN to take the 5th they dont just say "Well ok...you dont have to come to court"..I swear education in the black community is horrible

DA" immunity did not come until Mr Milnik sent us an email saying his client is pleading the 5th" ... So on Thursday before Woody went to jail the Prosecution DID KNOW that he had an attorney.... I Could of sworn that this same DA swore to the judge in court she was unaware that Milnick represented woody at the time.
And when Melnick got up in court and complained abt the Prosecution talking to his client with out him, and DA said they didn't know he was represented.. the Judge said the Lawyer was lying and he believed the DA since he "knows her and she would not do that" HE WAS IN THE ROOM WHEN SHE DID IT AND it was said he had a client in that same room .. Said by the DA herself.

In my opinion, the problem with a judge encouraging someone to take a plea deal is that there is no presumption of innocence as required by law.
If that person knows the Judge has already determined that he is guilty, then he in no way can get a fait trial, and if convicted will get an unfair sentencing.
