It also gave me high cholesterol and my doctor told me to get off it. All the animal products also made me realize I didn’t want to contribute to cruelty since it is heavy on animal protein and dairy. Plant based diet made me thrive. Another doctor/surgeon I went to started heavily researching the benefits of plant based diet and opened their own plant based cafe. They told me they were able to help so many patients reverse their health issues due to just changing their diet.
Anyone else a member of the church and watching this made them happy because they were so happy and nice talking about the temple. idk i just love when people that i love say nice things about the church. :))

Well in Sweden You can only buy liquor from the liquor stores and they are all owed by the state. The stores actually work against people drinking so they close at 6 on the weekdays 3 on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. This leads to people needing to plan their drinking and fewer people drink spontaneously
