I’m black but the church I currently attend is mainly a white church. In my experience, for blacks who may have views that people may consider as a white conservative evangelical view, blacks won’t necessarily be called White, but will be asked “why are you following a white man’s religion”. My comeback is usually “Christianity came from the Jews and grew from the Middle East, etc).
One of the first Christians was the Ethiopian eunuch baptized by Phillip the Evangelist (Acts 8:26-40). The Apostle Matthew is said to have traveled and died there.
I am very glad for all the churches in Africa that have pushed back against the Libs from American churches. I am so sorry that you havebto experience that kind of neo-racism from anyone.
Very perceptive. This always humors me. Jesus was a Jew from Palestine. Paul, also from the Middle East. Christianity's most prominent theologian (St. Augustine) was a North African... But guess ethnicity popularized atheism and liberalism/progressivism thought? If anything - and I mean anything - is to ever be considered the "white man's religion," it's this deconstruction postmodern crap.
@@ericgunter4169 just a slight point of correction. Palestine wasn't even a thing in Jesus' time. He was from Judea. The Romans created the district of Palestine to erase the name Judea.
Great show with Anne Kennedy on the trends in the Churches causing divisions within the Denominations Churches Ministries also with Pastors. Its evident that when Biblical Standards ,Biblical Values Biblical Teachings and Doctrines are compromised as ordained by the Lord. This leads to divisions ,separations in the Churches etc because of error, deception, etc. God's word takes precedence in our Judeo Christian belief system. Recognizing that the Lord is our Spiritual Authority and will not mislead the Churches and believers in the light of all emerging issues in our changing culture. Keep up the good work Alisa.
Alisa, at 54 minutes your gusts says, "I'm hopeful that eventually Trump will go away from American politics, and then us Christians should just stand here and some of these ex evangelicals will come creeping back because they will discover God is real and they need help, they need to be saved." This is so sad because it's missing the whole point and actually contradicts the points you were trying to make Alisa. Unfortunately, the mentality of this woman is the same as those who claim that Christianity can't be true because of Trump (or any other cultural or political thing that doesn't go their way) only she happens to be on the other end of the argument, but her analysis and reasoning processes are exactly founded on the same faulty notions and logic as many of the deconstructionalists. If someone leaves Christianity because of a political figure, they were not Christian. If someone "comes back" to Christianity when someone in culture or politics they don't like is out of sight, then they are not really coming back to GOD or the TRUTH!!! The Gospel, the truth, God and Salvation are transcendent. They are not stipulated on earthly things such as political figures. That's the whole f***ing point to true conversion and salvation. It seems to be painfully difficult for a large swath of American Christians to understand that when you are voting on a president or governor, you are NOT voting on your 'Messiah' or religious leader or spiritual guru. You are voting on who is the best candidate to fill that particular office based on economic, cultural or political demands - both international and domestic. Voting for a president does not implicate you in their private life or "personal sins" anymore than working for your employer implicates you before God for what your employer gets off on at 2:00 am on his/her computer in privacy. If you want to bring your personal convictions into your voting, then simply vote for the lesser of two evils - which in U.S. politics is objectively the Republican option. Trump doesn't discredit Christianity by his stances or life any more than Biden or anyone else. And do you see the insidious nature of this deception by Satan? He's brow beating Christians for voting for Trump, but not brow beating all the Leftist "Christians" for voting for Biden who is far worse on moral issues. Why is this whole issue of "faith and politics" only being bull horned when it comes to Trump when it is the Dems who always field the most ungodly candidates. It's a total spiritual deception and attack against Christians. American Christians are becoming the laughing stock of all the Christian in the world because of this crazy mentality regarding not voting politically for someone because of their private life. It's sick, because what these Christians are really saying is that their "righteousness" is tied into politics and the performance of man - and that's an abomination. The very point of the concerns they claim, are what they are swallowing. It's a total lie.
In response to your “why”: Trump is using Christianity and Christ’s name all over his political campaigns. The other candidates don’t. So when unbelievers listen in and they hear Trump say, “I am your retribution”, compare his “persecution” with Christ’s suffering, when they read his demeaning, slanderous, divisive rhetoric, they draw appropriate conclusions about beliefs & principles of his “evangelical followers “. For me the holiness of God’s name is at stake here. Because I can’t vote against my conscience, I’ll be writing in names in this election, trusting that the Lord is sovereign and He is moving history in the right direction.
I loved this discussion and an introduction into Anne Kennedy’s work, which I will have to check out. I appreciate your work Alisa and look forward to all your programs. God bless you both.
Honor your father and mother; this is the first commandment with a promise: that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land. Eph.6:2-3
I appreciate this conversation! Here is what I NEVER hear anyone address when politics among Believers is discussed - in the current climate, how do we engage if we want to vote/be a part of the political voice? NOT a Trump fan, but do you suggest I vote for Biden’s policies on gender identity, abortion affirmation, etc.? Abstain from voting? Anne made sure to say she didn’t vote for Trump, so, Anne, did you “take the high road” and vote third party who had no chance of impact, but made you feel good about voting? I am at a loss as to what the greater body of non-Trump- loving conservative Believers would suggest?
To me, the concern is when Christians turn to politics as their idol & get caught up in the divisiveness - generalizing abt & hating their enemies. we must always seek 1st the kingdom of God in our lives, prayerfully make our decisions abt who we support & vote for … while remembering these things are of this fallen world. Sadly, it’s been voting for the lesser of 2 evils for as long as I can remember… & too often voting agnst something/someone instead of for someone. Trump isn’t our savior, he’s an imperfect man, but I agree, at least he’s fighting agnst some terrible, harmful things. The alternative is scary.
Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.
I have had a similar background to Anne having grown up in a Pentecostal church, then eventually ended up in Anglican circles (I'm in Canada). I was heavily involved in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship in my college days. No question I have come to lose the liturgy and Holy Communion at Westminster Abbey in 2016 was a high point in my Christian experience. The bad news is we also had to leave the official Anglican church as it's now ultra-woke and this had the effect of driving my children (now in their 30s, then in their early teens) away from Christ and the church. I don't tell them that I pray for them daily though I do particularly since the passing of my wife a little over two years ago. Like you I am disturbed by the term "White Evangelicals" since to me it speaks something foreign to the gospel though I am certainly white and evangelical.
There is no such thing as a white or black churches. There is no such thing as exvangelical. It’s racism to divide churches into ethicists. Christ doesn’t care about your color. Well said Anne 60 When many of his disciples heard it, they said, "This is a hard saying; who can listen to it?" 61 But Jesus, knowing in himself that his disciples were grumbling about this, said to them, "Do you take offense at this? 62 Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before? 63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. 64 But there are some of you who do not believe." (For Jesus knew from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.) 65 And he said, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father." 66 After this many of his disciples turned back and no longer walked with him. 67 So Jesus said to the twelve, "Do you want to go away as well?" 68 Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life, 69 and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God." 70 Jesus answered them, "Did I not choose you, the twelve? And yet one of you is a devil." 71 He spoke of Judas the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the twelve, was going to betray him. (John 6:60, ESV)
I am still in the middle of viewing this video lol… but I wanted to say something about the white evangelical comment, because it would seem that some have very different views on that wording. I am with you in that if we hold to the core beliefs and tenets of Christianity we are All just the church- - - with the recognition that certainly where we Worship is going to look different neighborhood to neighborhood, even region. But I think folk like Dr. Eric Mason, Preston & Jackie Hill Perry as well as members of the Jude 3 Project would be able to perhaps shed needful light on this topic. I do love your channel/podcast and glean from it. Continued blessings be yours.
I think the lesson from the end of the video is that people don't believe things because they think their beliefs accord with reality...we often buy into "belief packages, " and when we reject one part of the "package" we reject the other parts as well.
Stewart Ruch III began the Anglican Cimmunion of North America to follow faithful Christians like your guests parents. It started in Wheaton, Illinois.
The love of Jesus, His call to us, is to preach Truth, His Gospel...BUT NEVER to spend time with the sinner in the middle of their pagan life...the obedience is to preach repentance, new birth, holiness and persevere until the end to be saved. Tolerance of sin is not part of Jesus Gospel. Beware! If the sinner repent and give fruits of this repentance, be embraced, if not then in the most compassionate love explain to him that hell is coming for those in sin. Ephesians 5:27 explains clearly the type of church Jesus comes to pick up: a holy glorious church, stainless and with no wrinkle.
Can you clarify, do you mean that Jesus does not want us to ever spend time with sinners? What do you mean by “in the middle of their pagan life”? Do you mean willfully unrepentant people, or would this also include people who simply do not know the Gospel?
@@annaduke5409 Jesus blesses you Anna. I do mean nothing, these are not my words, are His. It is written in Psalms 1:1-2, 26:4-5 and in New Testament: "..let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity." 2 Timothy 2:19. Those born again, are not meant to be involved in any pagan activity unless they are preaching the holy Gospel and teaching the Scriptures to those interested. People who do not know the Gospel, we are called to preach it to them of course will all love to our neighbor. Here is well explained in the text you saw: Once you preach the Gospel: "If the sinner repents and gives fruits of this repentance, that one be embraced, if not then in the most compassionate love explain to him that hell is coming for those in sin." and then you must depart from them. The time we spend with sinners is preaching the Gospel and teaching Scriptures. Spending time with sinners does not mean being involved in their pagan activities which are devoted to their lives in sin. I hope this was better explained, sorry if I was not clear in the main comment. ☺
It would be better if you used scripture to make your point. You say "NEVER" but Jesus did not deny he ate with tax collectors and sinners. Matthew 9:10-11 (NIV) 10 While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew’s house, many tax collectors and sinners came and ate with him and his disciples. 11 When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?”
@@ejt3708 I gave several Scriptures in comments before, read well please. This what you mention is very used by those who like to engage in sinful activities. Jesus ate with them to present the Gospel, that´s all. What is so hard to understand with the Scriptures I shared? Why can´t you understand that Christ came to preach the Gospel to sinners, not to have a good time with them? I share Scriptures again: Psalms 1:1-2, 26:4-5 and in New Testament: "..let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity." 2 Timothy 2:19.
@@ArrepentiosyVividRepentAndLive I agree with your scriptures, and esp appreciate Psalm 26:5. But it says "I" not "you should NEVER." I have many interactions with Trumpvangelicals, many of which are openly proud, violent and greedy like the leader they put their faith in. All I am saying is your legalistic NEVER is not scriptural.
Isaiah 5:20 (BBE) Cursed are those who give the name of good to evil, and of evil to what is good: who make light dark, and dark light: who make bitter sweet, and sweet bitter!
The discussion about the issues the Exvangelical's have with their parents is interesting considering that the 5th commandment is to "Honor your Father and Mother". Exodus 20:12, I see it a lot with people who are miserable and have made poor decisions seem to also be angry and out of relationship with one or both parents.
I think "incuriosity about Bible literacy" is key. Many if not most evangelicals grew up in church and did the things their church beliefs asked of them, but they are yet to have either a personal relationship with Christ or if they do, have not taken adult responsibility to study scripture properly (How to study the Bible with Both our Hearts and Minds. Jen Wilkin). This makes them stuck on cultural beliefs rather than scriptural accuracy. They go to culture because they don't know how to understand the Bible which tells us about God and informs us of our place in the body. BTW When people start talking about White church evangelicals, they are just beating the latest cultural drum which is neither, scriptural, accurate, or even Christian.
Yes Anne. So sad. I was fortunate enough to find verse-by-verse Calvary Chapels, but even there, many politically-uncomfortable scriptures are glossed over.
Falling/walking away is always a heart issue. Unfortunately, people don't want to be honest and admit we just don't want to live out the Christian faith for a time or anymore. If we would just admit that instead of trying to make excuses/reasons for it, and start platforming it, at least it wouldn't lead others astray. Then the door is left open to being restored, if possible.
People without the Spirit do not accept the things that come from the Spirit but consider them foolishness and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. Ex-vangelical thinking is unbelief
There is no "white evangelical church." It's just a category created by pollsters - they poll people, ask their religion, their ethnicity and who they're voting for. If they're white and they don't attend Catholic, Orthodox, LDS, or "Seven Sister" churches, they're evangelical. It's an artificial category.. Places like Wheaton College or Trinity Evangelical Divinity School don't have anything in common with places like Bob Jones University or Pensacola Bible Institute. (These styles might overlap a bit at Liberty University and the SBC, but I suspect fundamentalists just borrow some evangelical trappings to give themselves more cred,) The tales of trauma come overwhelmingly from the fundamentalist arena. Even so, I see a great deal of ingratitude toward parents in the exvangelicals I know personally - usually because the parents were of humble economic means and didn't give them the lifestyle they wanted.
@@charliedontsurf334 I would love to know what I don't know about the Bible. If you know so much, and aren't twisting it yourself, tell me who pigs and dogs are?

This is awesome, no matter what it's a true blessing to find so straight forward, honest woman that isn't afraid of her to beliefs. I have raised 5 grown kids. Our children are our future. I'm an empty nester, grandma, 52 year old. I love all people. My adult children have mixed race children as they are mixed race too. This is absolutely refreshing! God bless
50:00 Alisa - I understand too well. And it drives people out of every church. Both Gay Churches and Trumper Churches (there are practically only two options now) are very angry (and passive/AGGRESSIVE) with those that don't agree with their politics. Neither believe the Bible. All want to fix it to adapt to their flesh. Trusting elders is dangerous. You are right to say that they should be able to explain the "tough" parts of the Word. But really they all fall away when you understand it is without contradiction (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
Calling out ingratitude, disrespect, and projection in the deconstruction/exvangelical phenomena or pushing back against the toxic disdain is not necessarily gaslighting. In fact, it may be the necessary "speaking the truth in love" that prunes for healthier fruitfulness.
Love Anne Kennedy. Thank you for having her on….God has granted her a love for Him, her husband, her kids and the “disfunctional” body of Christ which, yes, I too am a part of. She has helped me grow in Christ and come to a deeper understanding of things like “Revoice.”
Finally listened to all of this (this is Meg not my husband Sam BTW) and it was great….until the end when you mention about “loving those in the body…”. What conviction as I had had a rough day/week in loving some in the body and felt totally justified. Thank you two for always being Biblical above all.
2 Timothy 3 talks about people being disobedient to their parents and ungrateful. 1But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. 2For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, 4traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such as these! 6They are the kind who worm their way into households and captivate vulnerable women who are weighed down with sins and led astray by various passions, 7who are always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.
24 minutes in I like what's she's saying about what God designed before the fall and what happened afterwards, but the thing is a young earth creationist view versus an evolutionist view isn't just about science, it's also about how we think about sin. If a church teaches evolution then it can only teach the fall as an allegory and not literally, which leads to a more Jungian or Jordan Peterson interpretation of the fall, followed by the accusation that "you take the bible too literally" and that's a whole different paradigm from what the Anglican lady is very sensibly and biblically talking about What we believe DOES matter, our beliefs have consequences for how we act in the world and the values we formulate behind those actions
2 Timothy 3:1-5 (KJV) 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV) 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Race should never be entertained in the Churches. The lord do not see colour as humanity does. The scripture says for God so loved the World that he gave his only begotton son son .whosoever believes on him will not Perish but have everlasting life . Regardless of race ,colour religion, creed or political beliefs the lord sees humanity complete in him spiritually through the Cross of Jesus Christ. The Lord has already eliminated the racial component in John 3 vs 16. The Lord do not see colour as humanity does. Great show.
@mottgirl13 I agree. Most never have a solid theological understanding of God. At best God is a cosmic Santa Claus. When real commitment is called for they jet.

What bothers me about this conversation is that these ladies have a certain “nice” smugness in that they believe that they alone possess what the truth is, how the Bible should be interpreted (which isn’t divinely inspired), and have the only biblical view on all things spiritual; that if you disagree, say on the ordination of women, you need to repent or you may not have a seat at the table of the lamb. There’s a wideness in God’s mercy, and thankfully, he will decide, not you. As a former evangelical (age 69!) who stills loves and worships Jesus (in a spirit-filled mainline church), I don’t miss the condescending attitudes, the measuring to see if if one is evangelical enough, the assumption that those who have reconstructed their faith are hell-bound, etc. I’d like to hear more, “This is what I think, but I may be wrong and I can learn from you.” In other words, humility. And for what it’s worth, every one of the many reconstructed people I know have expressed gratitude for various aspects of their conservative upbringing, particularly for the emphasis on biblical knowledge.
@@kathykardashian7750 Actually, reconstruction is the rebuilding after deconstruction. I prefer the term because that’s what happens and because the word deconstruction has become synonymous (in conservative Christianity anyway) with back sliding down the dreaded slippery slope into God knows what. Every serious Christian realizes at different times that their views of God or their understanding of a piece of scripture needs to be adjusted because they were mistaken. Happens most Sundays in church. We listen, learn, deconstruct, then reconstruct. As the Presbyterians say, always reforming.
Then apparently you don't believe Paul when he writes to Timothy that it is inspired by the Holy Ghost. If you're reconstructing you need to reconstruct it the Bible was inspired because that's what the Bible says which means God said it because Jesus said that it was his Bible
@@chaplainstudent5689 I’m not referring to the inspiration of scripture, but to the interpretation of it. The variants of interpretation of inspired scripture is the reason we have hundreds (thousands?) of denominations, each thinking it is the gate keeper of truth. Some Wesleyans deconstruct and then reconstruct as Calvinists and vice versa. Happens all the time. Some folks were against women teaching men in a church, did some further study and decided that the teaching in the epistles was to specific audiences, not to the church forever. There’s room for disagreement, but not condemnation.
About Christians and Trump, I think it might help if Christians would be more vocal against him. I'm a Christian from the UK who's lived in the USA for 14 years, and I was horrified when he was elected. My son is now atheist because he sees Christians as not living out the love of God.

Jesus Christ is the truth, but you're right: as soon as you embrace a particular faith church (yes, alas, a "cult" though not necessarily a cult where the pastor takes all your assets and sleeps with your wife) you necessarily enter both truth and falsehood. But not to enter a particular faith church is to enter a non church secularist cult, but still a cult. Embracing a church cult (Anglican, Baptist, Pentecostal, etc) is the best choice of all the options if you want your life to have meaning. But you're right, you'll be in a cult which embraces both truth and falsehood, not matter what. This "truth" is powerfully depicted in the recent move Dune (especially Dune Part 2). Highly recommended.
Here’s a shiny idea for you folks: honor is earned, respect is earned. The absolutely moronic view you two hold over abuse, so flippant and defensive. It’s not burning itself out, deconstruction is an avalanche that is just getting started. We will see a lot more evangelical copium videos in the years ahead.
I agree. This obsession with Trump is weird. What does he have to do with Christianity? He’s a businessman turned politician who’s a lot better than what the Democrats are serving up. That’s all. It’s like we have to reject him to prove we’re Christian. And support BIDEN?? What? Are you kidding me?
@@ashqelon7267 Wow, that's repulsive and un-Christian. Please remember that The Word can be fairly interpreted to say that PAUL does not allow a woman to speak, and that was inappropriate for the Corinthians.

In response to your “why”:
Trump is using Christianity and Christ’s name all over his political campaigns.

Well said Anne
60 When many of his disciples heard it, they said, "This is a hard saying; who can listen to it?"
61 But Jesus, knowing in himself that his disciples were grumbling about this, said to them, "Do you take offense at this?
62 Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?
63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.
64 But there are some of you who do not believe." (For Jesus knew from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.)
65 And he said, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father."
66 After this many of his disciples turned back and no longer walked with him.
67 So Jesus said to the twelve, "Do you want to go away as well?"
68 Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life,
69 and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God."
70 Jesus answered them, "Did I not choose you, the twelve? And yet one of you is a devil."
71 He spoke of Judas the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the twelve, was going to betray him.

Matt and Anne Kennedy are great.
Here is well explained in the text you saw:
Once you preach the Gospel: "If the sinner repents and gives fruits of this repentance, that one be embraced, if not then in the most compassionate love explain to him that hell is coming for those in sin." and then you must depart from them.

The discussion about the issues the Exvangelical's have with their parents is interesting considering that the 5th commandment is to "Honor your Father and Mother". Exodus 20:12, I see it a lot with people who are miserable and have made poor decisions seem to also be angry and out of relationship with one or both parents.
You make a valid point.
Ephesians 6:1- even goes further….. so that it will be well with you!!
WHAT A TREAT TO HAVE JENNIFER FOR A CHAT😊

24 minutes in I like what's she's saying about what God designed before the fall and what happened afterwards, but the thing is a young earth creationist view versus an evolutionist view isn't just about science, it's also about how we think about sin. Christianity is a cult of Judaism and is toxic.
Religion is toxic.

Time to grow up and face reality.
We're alone in this world and it's best to get on with it.
Jesus isn't coming to save anyone. Obviously.

To some degree
@@johntobey1558 we believe like Paul that there is a mystery yes. We also use our faculties with reason
He is puffed up with conceit and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy craving for controversy and for quarrels about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, evil suspicions, and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain. 1 Tim 6:4-5
The term is deconstructed, not reconstructed, I think.
I don't get this view from these women.
Some things are true and biblical so being apologetic about it is false humility and cowardice at worse.
Not sure Christians vote for Trump to be their priest or a golf buddy. It’s obvious that Trump is an adulterer and says things most people wouldn’t say out loud. But the funny thing is that Christians are willing to vote for a career cheater over the “anti-Christian” and “anti-God” Democrat Party. Joe Biden isn’t a follower of Christ. At least he’s displaying it. Their political platform promote all anti-God everything. I don’t donate or attend trump’s rallies…ever. Neither do I wear his MAGA clothing. But if we are being honest Trump is a better candidate for president. I’m also not sure he’s a believer. I’m praying for both.
Only God changes the heart of unbelievers including atheists. My father was a pastor and was an adulterer and an abuser during the week. My father isn’t my god. I never put my trust in him, I belong to Christ. Praying your son and my adult children hear God’s voice.
Exactly. Evangelicals stumble billions and have no shame. Try to reason with them through scripture and they will betray their focus on Mammon.
If you're a Christian and more horrified with Trump than Biden and the democrats then you're not a Christian . Fact.
How does your son think Christian’s should live out the live of God? By not voting for Trump? I live in a world full of Trump voters and they are quite loving, kind and accepting people. Your son has probably imbibed some caricature of evangelicals that is unfounded. Have you or your son met any in real life?
@@janethorsman194 ALL the Trumpers I know are rabid liars, just like their leader. I don't know why you'd be any different.
What's up with your hatred of Donald Trump. You slam him almost every episode. I certainly don't consider him my Savior, but he has certainly been a friend to the Church.
This is about the church not politics.
As a Christian right now I am not sure who I am going to vote for. I don't vote party I want to vote for as close to the faith as possible, but knowing that no man is perfect so neither nominee perfect that's why I m at a cross road of my vote this time.
You don’t think there’s any difference between the two parties? You look this government we have?
I will vote for Trump to have lower food prices and gas prices we’re not electing a pastor, he’s a flawed man but at least the economy will get better plus the Biden regime is out to destroy religious freedom and force child sec surgeries that Trump wants to stop and trump wants to protect women Biden wants men in the women bathroom
Low food prices is what I want back
Can somebody read James Chapter 2 and Chapter 5, then tell me how Evangelicals can put their faith in a rich man?

We don’t put our faith in men period. Our faith is in God, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with being rich. James 2:5 was admonition against showing against showing favoritism. It wasn’t telling us to reject people based upon their wealth.

Do you have to vote for Trump to be truly saved in Amerika? What a relief that I live i Europe. Here you can vote for who ever you want and still be saved and go to heaven🙏
You don’t, but voting for the other option that is 100% contrary to God’s principles is questionable. Trump is far from perfect but is the candidate that defends more of the believers’ values
No! God wants your heart and your soul not your vote. But the Democrat Party is anti-God, anti-family, anti-man, and anti-Christian. This party has been a cancer to the black community since the 1960s.

On another note, Alisa Childers critiquing Father Richard Rohr is like a Freshman art major critiquing PICASSO.

I'm not a fan of Rohr.
God through the Bible critiques Richard Rohr as a false teacher.

All religion is man made. Each one is true and all the others are false. Which one do you belong to?
