I think it's hilarious! It's synonymous that my age group(15-early to late twenties) are "lost," or "mindless" because we have a firm grip on technology and of course, social media. However, a lot of us don't predominantly use a lot of socials perhaps like we're believed to. A lot of us see the toxicity and are honestly very busy with school and jobs. And while I personally don't use TikTok, I have come across several videos that have made me laugh, which is awesome, especially when you're having a bad day. I admire it's existence just for that reason alone, despite it's mass amount of cringe. I think it's a great way to make fun of the insane and cringey people on the app, while including and being more versatile to younger age groups like myself who love SNL!
They treat this concept like a joke but Obama did something similar with TH-cam and I for one, am down (TikTok itself is a tragedy, but that’s not the point). I think it's hilarious! It's synonymous that my age group(15-early to late twenties) are "lost," or "mindless" because we have a firm grip on technology and of course, social media. However, a lot of us don't predominantly use a lot of socials perhaps like we're believed to. A lot of us see the toxicity and are honestly very busy with school and jobs. And while I personally don't use TikTok, I have come across several videos that have made me laugh, which is awesome, especially when you're having a bad day. I admire it's existence just for that reason alone, despite it's mass amount of cringe. I think it's a great way to make fun of the insane and cringey people on the app, while including and being more versatile to younger age groups like myself who love SNL!

They treat this concept like a joke but Obama did something similar with TH-cam and I for one, am down (TikTok itself is a tragedy, but that’s not the point). It may not have been during a war, but trying to communicate to all your base (as the president, that means the whole US), this is a good way to communicate to gen z and the more recent portion of millennials
yeah and it was said that TikTok is about the only social media outlet still active in Russia (since it's from China) so they did whatever they could to communicate some facts. I also doubt they asked those TikTokers about ways to fight and win the war but probably simply asked for their cooperation with relaying said information.
