The great thing about GW2 is that you do not have to do things in order. You just do whatever blows your hair back. Do try to find all the points on the map though as you will get a nice reward for it.
16:12 you accidentally changed your build from template 1 to template 2. That is why you lost your abilities. Template 2 did not have a heal skill or class skill equipped. As you used your weapon skills, you used your resources but did not fill the resource bar back.
@@MMOMainFrame Yes, but your resource fills up over time. All you have to do is auto-attack (skill 1) while you wait for it to fill back up, then you can use your other skills. There's a bit of a resource management, but as you learn the class, it will make sense more. The reason why it didn't fill back up is because the build template you accidentally switched to didn't have a "hero" equipped, as you found out! :D These "heroes" thing is specific to the Revenant. Other classes have similar mechanics, but they work differently.
26:11, you see the 3 icons top right in inventory, click on "deposit materials", then "compact", it will send stuff to your bank that is not "junk items" and it will compact your stuff in bag nice and neat again, also, you can hover over mini map at corner and drag it bigger, the scouts is not all the same, they remove fog of war on map and show you hidden locations, and those pick, axe, sickle is used to harvest wood, ore and plants, equip them too on you, will make more space in inventory
I was wondering if you were able to do livestreams :) I think that will be cool! And I hope people continue to respect the pace you're taking with this game while you livestream as well. In any case, here are my set of tips for this round: 8:27 Some items out in the world (like the bottle you found) come with very basic skills. These skills will overwrite your normal skills with their own until you unequip them. There are times when you have to use these types of items to complete tasks. 20:47 Your mount could actually be used in the cave. Its model just couldn't fit in the tiny entrances properly. If you can't use your mount, your mount skill will have an icon over it. Speaking of caves and other underground things, I would encourage you to keep exploring them even if they look empty in the beginning. That specific one at you went to were just a set of tunnels, but others are far more interesting. Certain things like POIs can also be hidden underground. Forgot to mention. You can zoom in/out of your minimap by scrolling while you hover over it with your mouse. I zoom in and out of it quite a bit to help orient myself and find out what's close or what isn't, without having to open the full map.
i would be interested in watching you livestream! the ~30 min videos are easy to watch in one sitting and may be higher quality than a stream but I think both formats will work.
For inventory management you can click on the box icon in the top right of your inventory. It will put all crafting material in a space dedicated for it. You will be able to take them out at a bank if you ever need it. Enjoy!
Little advice: Complete the heart missions and go back to those vendors, because sometimes they sell you better weapons, rings and such for karma. Explore every bit of the map including points of interest and vistas, those give you xp too and there is a bonus for map completion. See the "adventure guide" in the top right corner? In the achievement menu (press H) there is this guide providing lots of xp when you do the thing, for example "Using Healing Skills". Enjoy the game! The community is always there for you, just ask. PS: There is no leveling out of order in Guild Wars 2. If you are a high level character going back to noob areas, the game will scale you down.

You can level anywhere as long as you can hurt the mobs in a meaningful way. If you're over-levelled you'll get scaled down while still getting rewards appropriate to your real level.
