I like what you did with this, very pretty. This palette works well in the winter for the cold girl look. I use the white shimmer all over the lid, the inner corner and brow bone, with the lightest crease shade in the crease and lower lash line using none of the dark shades.

Would you say this is a warm toned palette?
I would say that is is a neutral palette. It's not super warm or super cool toned
I have cool tone skin and this one works for me. I would call it a true neutral. One of the crease shades is a little more pink than the other.
That shade of green you are wearing looks really good with your complexion.
