I love that you are posting everyday! it has been the highlight of my day! Thank you for sharing your talent with us! I love to watch you put stuff together!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
As a little sign of appreciation I am watching all adds in full length :-) love your approach on Design, how you handle fabric. Much succes for your main upcycling business
🤯 I am blown away!! O B S E S S E D !!! So much more beautiful than I dreamed, I cannot WAIT to wear it 😭 and that flowery tablecloth fabric is stunning, I love love love it! 💕
Also, how often do you get a whole video of your clothes being so lovingly hand crafted and seeing how much thought and care goes into every step and decision?! I couldn't love this more. Thank you!
Dear Scarlett, the dress is lovely and I am sure that Lydia will love it as well! Because of the variety of fabrics and my love for upcycling I'll never get bored of watching you sewing. 😉 At the beginning I am Sometimes a bit sceptic about some of the selected fabrics, but you are combining them in a way that the result ist stunning. I hope I can support you with buying the one or the other pattern from you. They are surely worth their price 😊 xoxo from Germany Stephanie
No you are not indecisive , you should be changing all of the time so that you do not become dull, stale , and ho hum. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to you new creations. Best to you
For Applica another way is coloring books. Like a coloring book with birds ;) or stained glass coloring book. There are also printable coloring pictures on line. One of my favorite quilters is Dave's craft room, I learn a lot watching his video's ;)
I really enjoy your videos, they have become one of my happy places to visit. also I have always been interested in Liverpool so you living there is fun for me as well. I am also really interested to see where you are going with your style update as I am very fond of Art Nouveau everything and Art Deco everything as well as the early 1900's and the 20's and 30's everything and pretty much what you are doing in general I am here for. XXX
You are sewing...I'm sewing ..I am making a bomber jacket for 12 year old grandson...but the zip is too long...back to fabric store.....it is inspiring to watch you put together fabric...its a .beautiful dress
Simply wonderful Scarlet! It looks like a fabulous fall dress. Good luck at the dentist. I made a moonstone bracelet while watching. Love, Love, Love your vlogs but do not stretch yourself too thin. TH-camring is a time-consuming job so take care of you. Self care isn't Selfish. x's lj
I would definitely wear that dress. It's so gorgeous 👗😍 I started off with grid patterns, just think of connecting a jigsaw puzzle with each square grid piece then what's drawn inside. It should tell you on the pattern each square represents x inch or square. I used to use graph paper for that part. I know you can do it Xx
Gorgeous!!!! I love this whole idea!!!! It all works sooooo beautifully together... I'm a newbie to your channel who's you cutie pie co-star??? Love how much light your sewing studio gets.
You can make a copy of the stainglass squares, cut them out into four separate squares, scan one and use your computer to “blow it up” or enlarge it. Your new printer/scanner should have software to do this. Look in the help file that should come with the Cannon printer software. Or better yet, TH-cam scanning and enlarging using your model number of printer. You won’t be forced to use a grid. You will enlarge it by percentages. I hope this helps.
I find it somewhat amusing that the term pot plant where you are is not the same as where I am lol, here it means marijuanna plant and we call house plants in pots potted plants or house plants, just thought I would share that tidbit of information with you.
I'm with you on the whole pronouncing word thing🙂...so annoying!! btw, you had it right the first time (taffeta) It really doesn't matter though, because everything you say sounds sweet with your accent💜💜 Thanks again for another day of sharing your upcycled sewing life!
You are so original and talented!! Love watching you!❤❤❤❤

Gorgeous!!!! I love this whole idea!!!! It all works sooooo beautifully together...
I'm a newbie to your channel who's you cutie pie co-star??? Love how much light your sewing studio gets.
I have 2 cats! 3 year old Pho and kitten Bonnie!😂🙌
Inspired by you. I am sewing patchwork pants. I have enough determination to finish cuffs.
Thank you! Good, i believe in you!🙌
I made my first patchwork top today. I had a lot of big chunks of fabric I didn't know what to do with and I made a top! ❤
Yaay congratulations!🙌✂️🧵 you might get a patchwork addiction now!😉
Love the dress!!!❤❤❤
Thank you! Same!!😉
IMO, I see you possibly loving the 1960 style. You have the sweet haircut and lovely color and your bubbly personity would fit right in.
I did have a 50s/60s style when I was younger!!
I’ve been lurking about your channel for a while.😂 I’m really enjoying these videos and your creative process. So fun!
Lurking 😂 haha thank you!!
The dress looks so beautiful 😻 and like you I love all styles of clothing and fabrics but wouldn't necessarily wear them ☺️
That’s why upcycling is the bessttt!😉❤️
Love your videos. :)
💚
Right first time with taffeta, emphasis on the first syllable
Fab! Thanks!
I Love 🤎🧡 it 🦋🥰❣

Ahh that’s so helpful thank you!! Will have a go this weekend at enlarging!🙌🌸
Beautiful ❤❤❤
You are a delight!! You said you have 2 boxes of fabric you hoard... LOL . . I have like 175-200. I have a PhD in hoarding fabric.
Haha! I downplayed the size of these boxes 😉

❤❤❤❤❤
That’s not babyish. Those flower balls with the ribbon are called kissing balls by florist, at least here in the US.
Oo I’ve never heard of kissing balls? I think it’s the pale colours that are throwing me off!😂
Fab!,
How do you manage to rotary cut your fabric without slicing off bits of your paper patterns?
Ermm I don’t 😂 but I have seam lines on my pattern so I can see where I need to add the extra mm’s 😂
@@afrayed_upcycling 😂😂
Never get bored of sewing content
Brilliant. Well done. Dress looks gorgeous! Hope you got on ok at the dentist 😁
Thank you! Just bloomin expensive 😭
You need to iron and possibly "block" the tea towel. = not crooked.
Sometimes when I unpick the hemmed sides, the print is all wonky 😂
What is the brand and color of the lipstick?
Nyx ✨

I always mispronounce words so I’m used to getting it wrong haha!😂 thank you! Posting a bit later today!🙌
