Watching with my son every week now. He's home Sunday mornings so thats when we watch. I used to watch everything you did with his mom who unexpectedly passed away in July. I've been showing him all the people that made her laugh. We saw with with Lewis at The Palace Theater in Greensburg PA years ago. Thanks for the laughs then, and making my son laugh now. He's probably the only reason I'm still alive.
Sarah Silverman was on my flight and she was adorable and low key. She left behind over a dozen "trash magazines " in the seat pocket! 1. She KNOWS that flight attendants love magazines. 2. She is looking for comic material.
Friendly little tip…don’t start watching this after midnight cuz it’s just not possible to go to sleep at 2am with the damn Pubcast jingle stuck in your head. Dang, usually the alcohol at a happy hour that went for 8 would knock me out.
Raising a much needed “Termite Pint” to the wonderful Mama Termite who always seems to release the podcast when I need it most! * side note: Why haven’t you made Termite Pint Glasses… just a thought
Chattanooga! You’re probably on stage right now! I’m not there this go round but wanted to send happy and loving vibes your way. Last time you were in Chattanooga 2nd row seats and chatted with Michael Palascak. The show was so great! Thanks Kathleen! 🫶🏻
Something makes me believe Paddles WOULD save the last 2 people on the sinking ship. She sounded very confident in her ability with “I was a lifeguard”. Maybe she could be one on a cruise ship. Lots of people to save. Sorry, ship sinking brought to mind another reason not to go on a cruise.
Yup. A head count is required before departure and upon arrival. Both headcount’s should have been compared to the seat map vs seats sold vs butts in seats. Even on the old ‘space-available’ military flights we were required to complete headcount vs the manifest. It’s required for all flights.
The bag you got with the Chiefs logo is called a Sea Bag. My friend Beth Greenlaw is one of the founders of the company. If you want to hear a great story of a girl power…it’s great. She is also the sister of the female Maine fisherman who wrote A Perfect Storm which I think was a pretty awesome movie.
Yeah, I think they did a headcount and they kept the numbers they turned them in. I might’ve called ahead unless the ones resolve the numbers or not board. The onboard flight does do a head headcount and they do write it down. And they report the number
Thank you for the Pubcast;I enjoy it so much. I’m going to borrow someone else’s device to order tickets. I’m not a bot, but how do I prove that online? Love all of the cats. MrKitty loves watching Babycat.
I saw Rod Stewart in Cleveland, Ohio in the mid-90's and he was really good! so entertaining, I didn't think he would put on that great of a show, lol I liked his music, but i thought he'd probably just stand and sing.. no he was very entertaining lol
😬 Remember when you couldn’t buy alcohol on Sundays? (Or buy anything on Sundays, for that matter.) I guess there are still places who won’t let you buy it on Sundays-but Jesus would if he sold it.
American does not "head count".... the gate agents tell flight attendants how many tickets were scanned at the gate, therfore that is the passenger count.
Argh! This grumpy mom has missed 2 new termite shirts in a row!!! And I give my kids your father’s legal advice all the time. How can I get one? Is there a sign up for notifications?
@kathleenmadigan: I'm confused. . .if this Pubisode is dated February 21, how is it that you saw all of Expat? There are 6 episodes, and it concluded February 23. I'm not trying to convince you it (Expat) was great, but Kathleen did you see all 6 episodes?????
With all due respect to W Post… Can he REALLY be credited with inventing the Pop-Tart? It sounds like someone described it to him and he used dough and filling to make what they described…
Thank you soooo much for The Pubcast , it always makes me smile during hard times.
Dolly always takes the high road we need more people in the world like her
I will always love her ❤
I see what you did there Kathleen. 👁
Why don’t you open up the Pubcast? An Irish themed bar that has open mic nights, and a stage for comedy. Go for it!
It could be on cruise ships
In Nashville
I don’t care where it is. I will plan a weekend around it and drive to it from Minnesota!
@@kristenwhite2701excellent idea!💡

I like how Paddles’ loudest laugh was while she was cracking open another beer. Well coordinated.
Paddles' always gets excited when a beer is cracked 🙂
@@kathleenmadigan I can relate to that 😎
Oh look at me... just in time for the pub to open. I needed this mental pint with ya termites! 😅
Can't think about Pop Tarts without Paula Poundstone popping in my mind.
And Brian Regan.
Me too!
Hi Kathleen, I love that you play with your Stevie Doll! Inner child fun lives on forever!
"Look at me being prejudiced because he's smoking hot", love it! Thank you for these pubcasts, Kathleen.

Or shotties, or something!!
Regarding the radio tower. Have they checked the scrap metal yards? 🤣

Love Michael - sooo funny. See you next time...
This is now a better day 🌻
Why didn’t the radio station realize they weren’t on the air?
My college kids did Spring Break in FL, but it’s been awhile. We’ve never paid for our kids to travel on Spring break.
I really really like Miranda Lambert version of "FOOLED AROUND AND FELL IN LOVE" (Elle King has a cpl verses)
All the Witches will come out for Stevie including me! )0(
I have an outfit 🧙🏻♀️
1:01:36 WA got rid of their state owned liquor stores and now tax it as 29% and you can buy it at grocery stories.
29% WOW
Can’t wait to see you tomorrow in Chattanooga! We live in Nashville too!
Thanks for buying tickets n hope you enjoyed the show 🙂
Rod Stewart surprisingly wrote all of his songs…
Mareitta is a lovely river town. The microbrewery is worth a stop.
Can’t wait to go…thanks for the recommendation 🎉
Maybe the museum has a cafeteria and they bought the soup inside. That would be funny...tossing their own soup on the painting.

I love Cheap Trick. Still listen to them. I’m an older termite.😊
Cheap Trick is AMAZING in concert too!
Rod indeed a songwriter too

Just noticed ALL the Queens/Kings are musicians. 🎶🎼🎵🎤

The radio tower, that's likely for scrap metal. Scrap metal is valuable. Rail ties have been stolen for the metal
Babushkas of Chernoble should be studied by more scientists.
Expats was weird it started with so much promise then went to an unresolved non event ending, I wonder if they are planning a second series
Just went to our first Buc-ees! St Augustine!
It's the BEST! Went last night on my way home from Huntsville.

Cool! I LOVE Sea Bags. Thanks for the UPDATE ;-)
Husband and nephew, both well over 40, so old enough to know better...got hammered and in a fist fight tailgating. Where? PITTSBURGH!! 😂
Termites! 😎✌🙏
Kathleen, you need to get a tiny Bucee's necklace for Anita.
That’s hilarious
Kathleen!!! Did you ever do radio commercials for Oxford Insurance??? I seem to remember hearing you while driving to my job in the morning in 1986.
Not me...
When I was a little girl McAlls had paper dolls each issue

Shamrocks. Shamrocks are different from clover.

Mini bottle vodka (really contact solution) brilliant 😂😂😂
Have you watched the Hulu documentary about the villages?
Great pubcast today!
We are going to Hershey on June 15th to see Stevie!
Have fun!
Love you Kathleen ❤❤❤

Question: how do they know the wolves are resilient to cancer?
Toledo!
I'm no scientist but isn't radiation itself a carcinogen? Wow. Another reason I'm more a history/English person. Great show again. Keep it up.
Yes it is.
Rod Stewart you get more than you pay for lol air “leprechauns”
Re: stolen radio tower. They’re stolen for copper wire and other metal
Thumbs up 2 seconds in
Know I'll like it
My sister put that shitty Expat show on and I am fully with you. This was such a shitty show and a collosal waste of time.
