depends on your definition of 'viable'; it follows the classic format of 1 dps, 1 sustain and 2 supports - if that follows your definition then sure, but the synergy between the characters is, frankly, limited, so if you define a "viable team" as having a lot of synergy, then it might not be quite there. (after writing all of that, i realized viable could also mean "is capable of beating whatever content", in which case you are absolutely right)
