I would like to see a Monohydro but with Noelle 4pc Achaic Petra (it gives bonus elemental damage for other elements) as onfield driver...
My friend gave this idea and I tested on the floor 12 3rd half, it worked pretty well
but since I don't have good artifacts i would like to see if its viable in other scenarios!
(I used: Noelle 4pc Archaic - Furina - Yelan - Xinqgiu)

Stagger, also overload. When an enemies poise is broken, its very easy to keep staggering them.
