future trunks is 25 to 33 years old because when trunks was an infant, we know that trunks went into their timeline 20 years later so trunks is 20 in z then dbs takes place 6 months later after buu saga and the time they spent in the chamber too would be roughly 2 years and then some people say dbs:super hero movie took place 3 yrs after ToP but some say 10 and 10 makes sense so future trunks is 25 to 33 years old. future trunks on z timeline is 33 and super is 30 because when he arrived he said he was 17 and the 3 year android time skip happened then the 7 year time skip happened and then 4 year time skip for the beginning of dbs then 5 years over the course of super happen and then about a year is when dbs: super hero takes place so then adding the math he is 33 in z timeline and 30 in dbs because in dbs he only needs to travel 17 years to get to the present and in z he needs 20 years meaning z future trunks is 3 years ahead of super future trunks. (also dbs broly took place like 1 or 2 months after the t.o.p so i didn't include that as i said almost a year when super hero takes place but here is future trunk's age!)

If your referring to end of Z or GT, remember Saiyan's are a warrior alien race. They stay in their prime much longer then humans and don't start showing their age until they get older.
