Wow how gorgeous are these. It all looks amazing. Love the burgundy ribbon, it looks so classy. I might have to pinch this idea for my door wreath. I saw you and Oli in Fortnum and Masons on Monday. I wasn't sure what the etiquette is for saying hello and we were running a bit late for our afternoon tea on the fourth floor, so I didnt say anything. But it was lovely to see you both. X
a tip in case you want to hang a garland from the door, i use a shower curtain rod, the kind that one can enlarge and has a spring in to push against the wall. no holes in the wood and you can prepare it on the table.
Laura, your wreath and garland are really beautiful! You may not have a lot of experience, but you have a good eye for color and balance etc. Love the lights on the garland on the banister too! You make your home very festive and cozy! It is a very welcoming home! Well done!
Gorgeous... absolutely gorgeous! Well done on the festive greenery and colorful accent bits! Those few adorned areas fill the entire home with that Christmas feeling! Lush, elegant and absolutely lovely! 😍🎄😍
Hi Laura. I think your Christmas wreaths and garlands are absolutely beautiful. They are so natural and as professional as any I’ve seen from companies who charge a small fortune. I really love your festive decor - always so organic and without all the bling which I personally adore. Well done and wishes for a very happy festive time👏🏽🎄❤️
The wreath and garland is gorgeous! I loved them!! What was the name of that little gadget that you showed in the very beginning of your video you were making a cup of coffee or hot chocolate in?
lovely as always! Really missing home in Scandinavia, the cold and dark and the holiday spirit with which it comes this time a year. I just love Christmas or as we call it, Jul. But here in Argentina, where I now live, in summer heat and sun (and bad inflation) decorations out and about its hard to come by, So I come here to get some inspiration and holiday cheer! and obviously I go all out in my own home. hehe.
@@patipri22 hehe would love to se some santas even if they are in bermudas. Lol just want to se lights and decorations in the streets, on the plazas u know. This year its less then ever i feel, do you agree? Only place i get a bit of that holiday feeling in buenos aires is in Alparamis store.
@@birgitcecilie626 yes, absolutely! Alparamis is dreamy. Typically, Christmas and New year was all about the after 12 am parties. It was never about the decor though :( Plus, the never-ending inflation, lack of imports, political situation and pandemics.... 😱😱😱😱 Not sure you'll find that on the streets unfortunately. Have you been living long in Buenos Aires?
@@patipri22 yes i agree, and im getting a bit tired of it to be honest. Been here for about 10 yers now and there have been many ups and downs only in those 10 years, its crazy to think of. Hehe are you from here?
Australian so Christmas is always warm too and it’s dark quite late into the night! But I spent one Christmas in Sweden and it’s so beautiful and glowy! I loved it ♥️
Hi Laura: Use ribbon to tie your garlands with simple bows to your bannister. It looks beautiful and of course blends in wherever; you won’t ever worry about any damaging attachments to adhere it again. Your burgundy ribbon would be amazing! I love your channel and have followed your “brave” house renovation journey! And of course, have “stolen” so many of your ideas and style! 😉. Merry Christmas!
Beautiful job on all of your greenery ! The wreath is so pretty. Love how you kept the railing and mirror garland simple. 3m command hooks work really well four hanging garlands ! Merry Christmas!
Yes!! I love this..you are soo right about the DIY!!! 😅... I've done so many jobs in the house over this last couple of years I would never have imagined myself capable of.. I tried to dry my own limes and oranges in the aga this year for our door wreath but they came out a bit withered and brown haha.. I used them anyways .. thankfully it's a dark time of year!! 🌃🌃🌲🌲🌨️🌨️
I'm new to your channel so am just catching up on your Christmas videos. Love you mentioned Plants Galore! I used to live in Exeter but am off to my closest one (in Newton Abbot) today! Xxx
Your wreath is absolutely gorgeous. The garland looks very festive with the lights.I think the arch above the mirror looks fantastic but I think some of your ribbon would be pretty woven in the greenery.
Can you please, please link your fabulous ribbon!?!? What wonderful wreaths that look very professional and eclipse so many store bought ones. You should be incredibly proud of yourself. You had so many pretty coloured berries and extras to add a delightful flourishes. So much inspiration in this video, thank you! 😊🌲❄️❄️❄️🌲
Gorgeous!!!! I love how natural they look! How do you spell the name of the greenery with the redish small berries (0.56) that you have in the boxes out front too?
Absolutely gorgeous! I think the red berries might be Hypericum (Saint John's Wort). I'm usually a 'less is more' kind of girl when it comes to Christmas decorations...but you have converted me. I'm dying to try a wreath loaded with texture and colour! I've always wanted to try a wreath using moss, but haven't been able to source it so far. I thought it was used as a floral oasis substitute - moistened, with the stems poked into it. I wonder, does the moss fall off the back and make a mess at all?
Girl you need command hooks for that mirror. I used to put nails in wall for years until last year I finally used command hooks and according to weight buy them they work great. No more nails in walls.
These are beautiful. I would love to make one for my new house but I don't know where I can source the collage and decorations that you used. Can anyone help me. I'm used in rural Scotland so not many shops nearby. It would have to be online xx
I hate most Christmas led lights. Wrong color, wrong color temperature, too low cri. With most of them you can't even tell which colour the Christmas ornaments have, due to the poor quality of the lights. The ones you use in your dining room tree look actually quite good? Are those leds? Can you perhaps Share the brand? The wreath is absolutely gorgeous by the way. Those colors are amazing.
That wreath is - and I cannot emphasise this point enough - STUNNING! 💗

You have outdone yourself this time. Your wreath is one of the prettiest ones I have seen.
Absolutely beautiful. You are so fortunate that you got to do this project with your mom.

Stunning! You are a natural at this Laura and what lovely memories made with Mum. xx The red 'berries' look like a Hypericum to me.
Really beautiful, it has a Victorian elegance with a fresh flair to it. The wreath is stunning, great job Laura.
WOW Its One Of The Best Wreaths I have Seen. 😊
The wreath and garland is gorgeous! I loved them!! What was the name of that little gadget that you showed in the very beginning of your video you were making a cup of coffee or hot chocolate in?

Gorgeous!!!! I love how natural they look! How do you spell the name of the greenery with the redish small berries (0.56) that you have in the boxes out front too?
Beautiful! Where did you buy your skimmia and eucalptus please? I'm in mid Devon!
Hi love the wreath looks beautiful … where did you get the Garland on your stairs from its so soft looks easy to manipulate around the rails . Xxx
Your wreath and garland turned out gorgeous! Have you tried spraying your fresh greenery with Wilt Proof? It helps to keep the greens fresh longer. ❤️

I have everything done! Thank goodness! Lol
Where did you buy the soft garland from? It looks like a great base for changing the look every year
Gorg well done
These are beautiful. I would love to make one for my new house but I don't know where I can source the collage and decorations that you used. Can anyone help me. I'm used in rural Scotland so not many shops nearby. It would have to be online xx
Single teardrop swags to hang on backs or doors or chairs for the leftovers? ... can be very informal and just bunched and tied with ribbon
Make the garland much longer down the left side. It’ll look so cool.
why did you put the moss on the wrong side of the wreath frame?
Do you not have Command Strips in the UK? That would have been much easier.
