@@georgeneverland896 and yet, no developers would release games for it. It doesn’t matter if Apple crams an M8 chip in there and destroys every consoles in benchmarks when the devs don’t give a shit.
So sad that most of these a several years old. The sad state of Apple TV is that many games that would be a perfect fit on it are only released on iOS.
Apple TV is the missing link in the recent push for AAA on Macs and iPhones/ iPads. They've got the desktop/ mobile cross save setup perfectly, imo, but they have a console experience (by which I mean sofa + telly) right there, but under-powered. No other ecosystem offers all three with one purchase, not even Steam Deck. Wasted opportunity to have a genuine USP.
I’ve been saying this for years…apple really needs a gaming team to fully utilise their ecosystem and bring them all together. Right now you can play RE4 on your iphone A17/18 pro chips. And now with the ipad mini also supporting A17pro chips you can play on whatever portable mobile device you want. All they need now is a console quality Apple TV with either a A17pro chip (to start off with) or an M1/2/3/4 max based chip set to maximise their capabilities. But the price though 😅 since its apple will be exorbitantly high
Well Well Well Dropping a like from Bangkok. Hope all is good there. I've dropped out from Apple Gaming for a while, but i'm really glad to see that you are still doing Apple Gaming content. Hope all is good with you and your family Cheers
Great outro. Of course it’s not a ps5. It’s the best tv software, by far, with a really nice bonus of some Many pretty cool games. I also set up RetroArch which is really awesome. The TestFlight build supports iCloud’s saves so I can pickup my games and saves on my tv, iPhone and Mac any time I want. I even use the switch online snes and n64 controllers with it. It even has online play for most emulators
they literally can make the apple tv a game console if new silicone architecture has enough aaa games to play. they can can put a m3 or m4 in it with a bigger case like mac studio case and make it a console
Thanks for testing all these games! Sadly for me, I have interest only in a few of them. Is any of the Apple TV versions compatible with GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud?
Poor apple tv , it really needs m1 games on it because a cloud compatible device like fire stick or nvidia shield or even native gaming on a series s are just better options for gaming xd Buuut an hypothetical m1 apple tv with the palworld mac port will be dope not gonna lie XD
We need an M1-based Apple TV. This chip is now old but capable to run games like Lies of P and all the AAA games coming on iPhone
An M4 with active cooling would basically be a console.
@@motiondeep9989 yep, but basically a Mac mini too,
@@georgeneverland896 And Mac Mini costs less than a PS5 Pro.

@@MB-nm8ttYeah, they don’t, that’s why Apple had to pay some of them to release AAA games on Mac and iOS…

I 💯 AGREED

Just wait for the new m4 appletv , coming soon
INSIDE and Limbo are a must, I can't wait to see the next game from the same devs, they've been working on it for years now...
Thanks for your videos! Always look forward to these nice comprehensive lists. Keep em coming! 🙂

Genshin Impact, Wuthering Waves, RE IV, 7, Village, Assasins Creed Mirage, Death Strading, Little Nightmares, these are just a few examples

@@shangrammohammad8453 Well, the M4 Mac Mini costs less than a PS5 Pro. Surely an M1 version could be put out at a reasonable price point.
Imagine an Apple TV with an A18 chip, where you could play AAA console games 🥲

I think Chrono Trigger is also a big One Game on Apple TV.
Great list thanks!
There's also a netflix dead cells version. Although I don't know if it supports Apple tv
I like you channel 😊
Beach Buggy 2 on AppleTV is so funny. So many great games in this video. Fantasias is too hard for me.
Seems like a TON of great Apple Arcade titles....
Would love a deep drive video on performance of emulation games on ATV
